In the last few months, I have been dealing with mobile electric wheelchairs and Needing a lift for my vehicle. Going to their competitor as they assured me, the lift I purchased from them would work in my vehicle. It did not! I then called Mobility Plus about a replacement That would work in my vehicle. I was blessed to speak with Jennica from the first phone call. Not only did she understand. My dilemma, she was able to find the right lift. Not only was it a fair price for this lift, but also sending their team to my home to install it! She has been the most pleasant and knowledgeable person that I have encountered dealing with wheelchairs and lifts. Kudos to Mobility Plus and especially to Jennica for all their help and solutions.

Outstanding service from the very beginning. They educated me throughout my journey of getting hand controls installed, and they also picked up my car and delivered it back to me. The instructions they provided were thorough, and I truly appreciated how they went above and beyond to make sure everything was completed correctly and on time. Jennica was our advisor and she did a wonderful job. My mom and I came in and she found her the perfect rollator and transport chair. Mom test drove several of them and Jennica was super patient and gave expert advice without pressure. I highly recommend her and Mobility Plus. My mom loves her new “sports car” as she called it tonight! Thank you so much.

Great customer service from the young lady whom assisted me!👍 I believe her name is Jennica Holt? At least that's the name on the business card that was given to me! When I told her about the trip my family had planned for my Mom, she was super helpful with the information that she gave me!👍 You see, my Mom is up in years now, and due to health issues, she can't get around without some form of assistance now! She had a desire to go to Destin Florida to the beach, but because of her health issues, it can't be done without proper assistance! Jennica advised me that while there, wheelchairs with balloon tires are available to rent that are designed for the purpose of assisting people like my Mom in enabling them to go out on the beach! It was exactly what we needed, and because of her suggestion, we were able to take our Mom out on the beach, and she enjoyed herself!🙂

Successfully purchased our mobility scooter from Mobility Plus. We purchased it for my husband so it could continue enjoying time with family outdoors. At 87 years old soon, his mobility had been hard to keep going to ball games, parks etc.
