  • Battery Check

    Battery Check

    • Bring in your batteries, or the whole machine, and we will check your batteries for FREE.
    • This service test is the best way to make sure your batteries are in good working order. You can come to our location during our normal business hours for a free battery check, no appointment necessary.
    • If you're unable to come to us—we are happy to come to you, in-home diagnostic fees will apply.

  • Battery Installation

    Battery Installation

    • We will install your new batteries, and properly dispose of your old batteries when you purchase your batteries through the Mobility Plus Crestwood retail store.
    • We perform in-home removal of old batteries and replacement with new batteries – On site service fee applies.
    Service Fee: FREE In-Store / $75 on-site (within 20 miles of our showroom)
  • In-store Diagnostic

    In-store Diagnostic

    • Please bring your scooter, power chair, wheelchair, rollator or other mobility product to us for service.
    • We charge $30 for an initial assessment of the problem, this includes (20) minutes of labor.
    • Our labor rate is $100/hr billed in 15-minute increments.
    • We happily service equipment purchased elsewhere, if we are able to source parts.
    • Heavy item? Let us pick up and return your in-store service item for $150 - (within 20 miles of our showroom). Does not include diagnostic.
  • In-home Diagnostic

    In-home Diagnostic

    • Service fee: $100, this includes (20) minutes of labor, and travel within 20 miles of our showroom
    • Our labor rate is $100/hr billed in 15-minute increments.
    • $95 trip charge for in-home service within 20 - 30 miles of our showroom.
    • $125 trip charge for in-home service within 30 - 40 miles of our showroom.
    • Additional repair fees will be assessed based on cost of parts, and labor required.

    When we needed to make adjustments after my family member's stroke, we had a great experience with Tony at Mobility Plus. He assessed our needs, provided price quotes quickly and got us on the schedule for installation soon after. I appreciated his patience with all my questions and found him extremely knowledgeable. We like to shop with locally owned businesses when possible and were pleased to find an expert in mobility equipment so close to home.     I can't say enough good things about our shopping experience with Mobility Plus. With some new mobility issues having arisen in our family, we needed advice and guidance on products that would let us continue to enjoy our lives in spite of some complications. I called ahead to get some information and set a time to visit. When we arrived, Tony was expecting us and was very welcoming, as was his wife. After explaining a little more about what we needed, Tony helped us identify the best products and helped us make a good selection. At no time were we the least big pressured or rushed. We left with the intention of thinking through our options and after we did, we ended up making our order on the phone. The delivery came even sooner than expected. Tony and his son brought our order into our house, set everything up, and then even helped us move some of our furniture around for easier use. This family could not have been more kind and helpful. If we have more mobility issues, and we quite likely will, Mobility Plus will be our first stop. We had shopped at other local medical supply stores and also online, but from now on, our first stop will be Mobility Plus. I only wish that all of our shopping experiences could be this good. An added benefit to us was that we knew we were supporting a locally owned business and a veteran-owned business. Both of those were factors in our search for these products and we appreciate being able to support them. Thank you!

    Went in to this store based on a recommendation from a family friend in the mobility and elderly care equipment business. And when we did a bit of our own research and found out that this is a veteran-owned business, that sealed the deal for us. We needed to get a pad for a knee scooter for my mom, as well as a lift chair. We also needed some quick action, as a broken ankle from a recent fall and surgery were on the docket and our needs were immediate. Tony and Amie were knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. They were able to deliver the pad immediately and the chair the day after we ordered it! Everything worked out great. I would highly recommend this Crestwood-based business and we will certainly return for any mobility equipment needs.

    I was having EXTREME issues getting my husband's Jazzy Elite wheelchair repaired (like following up on an almost daily basis since July 18th) with another company. Called this company. Tony at Mobility Plus walked me through how to replace the joy stick. 2 screws and just plug in the wiring harness . So simply. I'd definitely recommend this company. Thank you Tony

    Last week just as we were getting ready to leave on vacation the next morning, we noticed that the starter control was getting ready to fall out of the control panel on my Go Go Mobility Scooter. We were in the neighborhood of where Mobility Plus in Crestwood was. Tony had done replaced some cosmetic parts before, so we rushed over and he was just getting back to the shop. He opened up the console and found where the bolt to the ignition assembly had fallen off and he put it back on and tightened it back up. He was a lifesaver!! We highly recommend him for any work you might need done on your scooters! Tony is a Veteran and we appreciate his service. He has always been friendly and helpful to us. Thank you!
