If I could give 10 stars I would. Dustin is the epitome of great customer service and he's just a really good guy who genuinely cares and looks out for his customers, even when the purchase was a year ago. Dustin went above and beyond to help my mom find the perfect wheelchair and other mobility aids. He's incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and truly cares about his customers. My Mom is so much more comfortable and independent now, thanks to their personalized service Dustin continues to give to her and our family. I don't write reviews very often but I do when the level of service is warranted. I wouldn't go anywhere else for mom's mobility needs, even if they paid me.

We purchased a Travel Buddy electric wheelchair from Dustin at Mobility Plus yesterday, and although I can’t rate the chair just yet, I can definitely say the service was excellent. Dustin is very friendly, knowledgeable, and spent a lot of time trying to help us decide which chair best suited my needs. I have ridden the chair only around in my yard and in the store so far, but I think it is going to be exactly right for my needs. His co-worker, John, was also very nice and friendly and I enjoyed talking with him as well. You won’t find better people than this to help you with your mobility aids. They have much more than just scooters and wheelchairs. Go check them out!! You won’t be disappointed!!!!

These guys are amazing 👏. The VA was supposed to order a part for my wheelchair. Of course it was going to take 3 weeks to get it 🫠. Mobility Plus gave me a loaner part until mine comes in. Allowing me to get back on the move and get things done!! Thanks 😊

There are not enough works to express my satisfaction with this company. I have never had the privilege to deal with such a service oriented staff as those at Mobility plus. From my first consersation with Dusti Delcambre till I drove out with the new lift on my car I knew all was going to be good. The drive from Baton Rouge to Broussard was well worth it. If you have any mobility needs, scooter, wheel chair, lift recliner or ever shower bench, this is the place to go.
