From time to time, even the highest quality mobility products may need service. We offer a wide range of maintenance services so you can stay mobile. We can service all types of mobility products, including:
We are happy to visit your home or office to perform an on-site evaluation, and in many cases perform basic maintenance services. Additionally, you are welcome to bring your mobility product to our store to get immediate help.
We offer everything from battery replacement to full service and installations of vertical platform lifts.

Bring in your batteries, or the whole machine, and we will check your batteries for FREE. This service test is the best way to make sure your batteries are still in good working order! You can come to our location during our normal business hours for a free battery check - no appointment necessary.
We will install your new batteries and properly dispose of your old batteries when you purchase your batteries through Mobility Plus Lafayette. Simply stop by our showroom/service center with your equipment and old batteries, and we will install your new batteries for free!
If you’re unable to come to us—we are happy to come to you! In-home diagnostic fees will apply.

We are mobility experts that want to use our knowledge to uncover any issues with your mobility equipment. You’re welcome to visit our showroom/service center for a quick diagnostic of your machine. We will first test your batteries for FREE to determine if that is the underlying issue. If we find that the batteries are working properly, we will perform a complete series of diagnostic tests to determine what is causing any issues with your equipment.

We offer in-home diagnostic services for those who do not have the means to visit our showroom/service center. We begin with a battery test to ensure your batteries are fully functional. Once that’s completed, we will perform field diagnostic tests to attempt to determine what is causing the issue with your equipment. If necessary, we will bring the equipment back to our service facility for additional testing and to perform necessary repairs.
This fee includes:
1. Travel to Your Home or Office - This is a one time fee even if we have to come out multiple times for your repair or service.
2. One (1) Hour of Labor - When we arrive at your home our service hour begins so we will test your batteries, assess your repair and begin working on the fix (if applicable and with your approval). If additional labor and/or parts are needed beyond the initial amount, we will inform you before incurring additional charges.

Dustin is amazing. I ordered a wheelchair and rampds for my mom he delivered the equipment to my house. Sadly, I couldn't use the ramps, and the wheelchair was too heavy for me to lift and put in my SUV. He spent alot of time with me figuring out what would work for my mom and my house. I met him at his business the next day to pick up a power scooter. He is really a great guy, excellent customer service. Thank you Dustin.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Dustin is the epitome of great customer service and he's just a really good guy who genuinely cares and looks out for his customers, even when the purchase was a year ago. Dustin went above and beyond to help my mom find the perfect wheelchair and other mobility aids. He's incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and truly cares about his customers. My Mom is so much more comfortable and independent now, thanks to their personalized service Dustin continues to give to her and our family. I don't write reviews very often but I do when the level of service is warranted. I wouldn't go anywhere else for mom's mobility needs, even if they paid me.

We purchased a Travel Buddy electric wheelchair from Dustin at Mobility Plus yesterday, and although I can’t rate the chair just yet, I can definitely say the service was excellent. Dustin is very friendly, knowledgeable, and spent a lot of time trying to help us decide which chair best suited my needs. I have ridden the chair only around in my yard and in the store so far, but I think it is going to be exactly right for my needs. His co-worker, John, was also very nice and friendly and I enjoyed talking with him as well. You won’t find better people than this to help you with your mobility aids. They have much more than just scooters and wheelchairs. Go check them out!! You won’t be disappointed!!!!
