We had such a wonderful experience. Getting an electric wheelchair for my dad was stressful, but Jeremy made the entire process easy and reassuring. He spent a generous amount of time with my dad, patiently showing him how everything worked and making sure he felt comfortable using it. He was pleasant, polite, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. His kindness and professionalism truly stood out, and we’re so grateful for the care he showed. Highly recommend.

This store and employees are worth mentioning. Michael was the first person I saw. He was straightening and tidying up the store. I told him I was looking for a scooter. They have lots of them. I looked at this, and I tried that. All the time Michael moving things around to make round. Then put everything back. He knew everything little thing about every scooter. Accommodating but no pressure to buy. I rode the scooter outside. It was great and I bought it. Jeromy delivered it to my house. Later I noticed the back lights did not come on. Jeromy came back out and fixed it. I've only put 34 miles on it in 6 weeks but I'm loving it and even go to garage sales with it.

We came to Mobility Plus to fix my dad’s walker. Jeremy was able to fix it super fast even though it was a model they do not carry. They both treated us with kindness and were super knowledgeable about all of their products. They have a wide range of products and really gave us some great ideas of what we might need in the future.
