  • Battery Check

    Battery Check

    Bring in your Mobility Scooter or Power Chair batteries, or the whole machine, and we will check your batteries for FREE to make sure they are in perfect working order! Come to our location during business hours for your free Mobility Scooter battery check - no appointment necessary.

    Service Fee: FREE In-store
  • Battery Installation

    Battery Installation

    We will install your Mobility Scooter replacement batteries and properly dispose of your old batteries if you purchase your new batteries through us and come into our showroom and service center. If you’re unable to come to us, we are happy to come to you, however our in-home diagnostic fees will apply.

  • In-store Diagnostic

    In-store Diagnostic

    You're welcome to come visit our showroom and service center for a diagnostic of your machine. We will test your battery for free. If the battery isn't the issue, we will perform a diagnostic using the latest computers, technology, and mechanical know-how. Service fee includes one hour of in-store diagnostics and labor. Repairs requiring replacement parts or more than one hour of labor will incur an additional charge.

    Service Fee: $45 for the first hour
  • In-home Diagnostic

    In-home Diagnostic

    Can't come to us? Our technicians will come to your home to diagnose the issue. We begin with a battery test to ensure your batteries are fully functional. Then we will perform the same level of service as our in-store diagnostics with portable computers and diagnostic tools.


    This fee includes:

    1. Travel to Your Home or Office - This is a one-time fee even if we need to come out multiple times for your repair or service.

    2. One Hour of Labor - our service hour begins when we arrive at your home. We will test your batteries, assess your repair needs and begin working on the fix (if applicable and with your approval). Repairs requiring replacement parts or more than one hour of labor will incur an additional charge.

    Service Fee: $89 for the first hour*

    We had such a wonderful experience. Getting an electric wheelchair for my dad was stressful, but Jeremy made the entire process easy and reassuring. He spent a generous amount of time with my dad, patiently showing him how everything worked and making sure he felt comfortable using it.     This store and employees are worth mentioning. Michael was the first person I saw. He was straightening and tidying up the store. I told him I was looking for a scooter. They have lots of them. I looked at this, and I tried that. All the time Michael moving things around to make round. Then put everything back. He knew everything little thing about every scooter. Accommodating but no pressure to buy. I rode the scooter outside. It was great and I bought it. Jeromy delivered it to my house. Later I noticed the back lights did not come on. Jeromy came back out and fixed it. I've only put 34 miles on it in 6 weeks but I'm loving it and even go to garage sales with it.

    We came to Mobility Plus to fix my dad’s walker. Jeremy was able to fix it super fast even though it was a model they do not carry. They both treated us with kindness and were super knowledgeable about all of their products. They have a wide range of products and really gave us some great ideas of what we might need in the future. I was impressed with the level of service and would highly recommend this Mobility Plus location and will definitely be back!
