Bring in your batteries, or the whole machine, and we will check your batteries for FREE to make sure they are in perfect working order! You can come to our location during business hours for a free battery check - no appointment necessary.

When you purchase your batteries through us while in our showroom and service center, we will install your new battery and properly dispose of your old battery. If you’re unable to come to us, we are happy to come to you, though our in-home diagnostic fees will apply.

You're welcome to come visit our showroom and service center for a diagnostic of your medical mobility product. First, we will test your battery for free, then if the battery isn't the issue, we will perform diagnostic testing.

We will test your batteries, assess your repair, and begin working on the fix (if applicable and with your approval). If additional labor is needed, we will charge our standard labor rate of $65/hour plus any necessary parts.

We will come to your home or office to diagnose the issue. We begin with a battery test to ensure your batteries are fully functional. Once that’s completed, we will perform the same level of service as one of our in-store diagnostics with portable computers and diagnostic tools.

This fee includes:

1. Travel to your home or office within 20 miles of our store. Please call for service fees outside our service area.
2. We will test your batteries, assess your repair, and begin working on the fix (if applicable and with your approval).

For clients who can't easily visit the showroom, we will bring Mobility Plus to you!

We come directly to your home so you can try scooters, power wheelchairs, and lift chairs in your own space, on your floors, and in your real daily environment. This allows you to make confident decisions without leaving home.

Simply call our showroom and talk with one of our mobility consultants. Some restrictions apply, and availability may vary, but we're always happy to talk through what's possible.
