Battery Check
Bring in your batteries, or the whole machine, and we will check your batteries for FREE to make sure they are in perfect working order! You can come to our location during Mon - Fri hours for a free battery check - no appointment necessary.
Service Fee: FREE In-Store
Battery Installation
When you purchase your batteries through us while in our showroom and service center, we will install your new battery and properly dispose of your old battery. If you’re unable to come to us, we are happy to come to you, though our in-home diagnostic fees will apply.

In-store Diagnostic
You're welcome to come visit our showroom and service center for a diagnostic of your medical mobility product. First, we will test your battery for free, then if the battery isn’t the issue, we will perform a diagnostic using the latest computers, technology, and mechanical know-how.
We will discuss any needed repairs with you and provide a cost estimate based on how long the repair should take and any parts that will be needed.
Service Fee: $50
In-home Diagnostic
We will come to your home or office to diagnose the issue. We begin with a battery test to ensure your batteries are fully functional. Once that’s completed, we will perform the same level of service as one of our in-store diagnostics with portable computers and diagnostic tools.
We will discuss any needed repairs with you and provide a quote based on how long the repair should take and any parts that will be needed.
Service Fee: $150 for travel & 1 hour for diagnosis/service (+$100/hr for each additional hour)

I highly recommend this place. I rented a scooter ( knee roller) and almost decided to buy one on Amazon and the sales gal was very polite and showed me the difference in the foam seat ( essential) and lock brakes, so you can get close up to the sink without slipping. It has a knee trough perpendicular to the scooter, so you can get up close to wash your hair or reach the sink .The owner was very nice when we returned it.

Barb's childhood polio required many scooter buys. By far the most satisfying buys have been with Bob Bradley. He has made several trips to Friendship Village to install new batteries. We have just ordered a new Buzz Around LT scooter and a Lite Rider E chair. Bob will deliver, setup, and remove the old ones!

The Rascal scooter has been a lifesaver for me. I'm on oxygen at all times and am able to get around very comfortably saving my oxygen supply. The only recommendation I have for the manufacturer is to simplify the connection of the charging cable.
