In-store Diagnostic
Bring your device to us to diagnose the issue. We will begin with a battery test to ensure your batteries are fully functional. Once completed, we will perform our diagnostic service.
Service Fee: $100
In-home Diagnostic
We will come to your home to diagnose the issue. We begin with a battery test to ensure your batteries are fully functional. Once completed, we will perform our diagnostic service with portable computers and diagnostic tools.
This fee includes:
Travel to Your Home or Office
One (1) Hour of Labor-When we arrive at your home our service hour begins. Parts and additional labor billed separately.

I am So very happy to have found Mobility Plus!!! Dennis and Jacob absolutely treat you as a #1 priority. Jacob took the time to answer all of my questions when making my purchase on many different phone calls as I had more questions with the electric wheelchair I was getting. When Dennis delivered it with their 'white glove' service he took the time to talk me through every single thing I needed and wanted to know about using the Jazzy chair I bought and how to care for the battery. He demonstrated everything that was entailed with using it, folding it, charging it and maintaining it. I will be a return customer for all of my future needs and will recommend Mobility Plus to anyone seeking a reliable medical supply company. Mobility plus is a hidden gem. I’m so grateful I found it. Dennis and his son are so knowledgeable and so helpful and have been very patient with me as I have shopped extensively for just the right scooter and just the right medical recliner.
