Just had a wonderful experience there purchasing a new wheelchair. I had some features on my old chair (a bracket for a lift and a swing-away controller) that they switched to the new chair at no cost and even took my old chair on consignment. Friendly, easy to work with, and honest. The only downside is their parking situation is poor (not their fault), so don't let that stop you!

We are going on a trip to California at the end of Aug 2025. I decided to bring my Victory 10Mobility Scooter(8 years old) in to have some much needed work before the trip so I didn't have issues. They were very straight forward and gave me all the ins and outs of what needed to get done, and what I could wait on, really appreciated that. Total turn a round time was about 6 days, to me that was really fast, parts ordered, a couple days later, they received the parts and a day later it was done. Great customer skills on all the staff. This will now be our go to store.

Exceptional Service and Compassionate Support! While visiting Nebraska for the first time from the Pacific Northwest last week, one of the wheels on our wheelchair unexpectedly broke during a trip to the Omaha Zoo at the beginning of our vacation. With so much still to explore in the area in the days ahead, we weren’t sure what to do so far from home. That’s when we reached out to Mobility Plus Nebraska, and we could not have been more impressed. Not only did Troy Bloomquist and Brent Urban from Mobility Plus Nebraska and their staff respond quickly, but they also went above and beyond! When realizing that they did not have a replacement wheel on hand, they went ahead and replaced our broken portable wheelchair on the spot with a different one — completely free of charge. Their kindness, compassion, and genuine concern for our comfort turned what could have been a frustrating and disappointing day into a truly heartwarming experience. Thanks to their swift help, we were able to enjoy the rest of our visit in the Omaha area without missing a beat. Highly recommend this company to anyone in need of mobility support.
