My elderly mom broke her hip & needed a hospital bed. The staff at Mobility Plus were very knowledgeable, professional & had great customer care. Evan & Tanner delivered my moms hospital bed. They were very helpful & went the extra mile on customer service & support. I would highly recommend Mobility Plus. A+++

Mobility Plus Omaha has the very BEST team, services and supplies! My brother in law was in a horrible motorcycle accident, he lives alone and needed several items in order to recover safely at home. From the very start, the people at Mobility Plus were able to recommend and provide all of the necessary equipment-an outdoor ramp, a therapeutic bed, walker, wheelchair as well as bathroom accessible items and more. They were prompt, responsive and respectful. They worked with his recovery schedule on delivery as well as pick up AND even reached out to check on him well after his items had been returned. Cannot say enough good things about this company! I would give them 10 stars ⭐️

Ian was unbelievably responsive and supportive. Seems like a great guy. Came on a Saturday to help me get an existing chair lift going for my dad. He was prompt, efficient, super nice, and reasonably priced. Great value. I highly recommend him and the company.

I called Mobility Plus in Omaha looking for a power adapter for a ring light, which isn’t even something they normally carry. Tanner answered the phone and was incredibly friendly and personable. Even though he didn’t fully know what I needed at first, his willingness to help and positive attitude actually made me decide to drive over and give it a shot anyway. When I got there, he was just as helpful and genuinely committed to trying to help me figure it out. They didn’t have the part, but the customer service alone made the trip worth it. If Tanner is any indication of the values behind this business, they’re doing something right.

Our experience with the Mobility Plus Omaha location was just phenomenal. We rented a scooter for my mom for a trip. When we got to the airport, the scooter was not working for some reason, it was working fine prior to that. I called the store and said we were boarding in about an hour. They stopped what they were doing and drove across town and delivered a brand new scooter for us! We made it on time for the flight and it made the entire trip possible. Without a working scooter, it would have been disastrous. We can not thank them enough for their prompt and outstanding service! Thank you!
