Our services

Battery Check
FREE battery checks available in our store! No appointment necessary. Our store hours are Monday-Friday 10am-6pm, and Saturday 10am-3pm.
We also have FREE group tune-up clinics for independent living and assisted living facilities, where we check batteries and rollator brakes. If you are interested, please call (513) 748-3625.
Battery Installation
Newly purchased batteries are available for install in our showroom for FREE. We also dispose of old batteries for FREE if handled in store.
In-home battery installation and replacement, along with removal, is also available with our In-Home Service fees applied.
In-store Diagnostic
Bring a scooter, power wheelchair, rollator, or other mobility product to us and we can help service it. Rates vary based on service needed.

$30 for initial assessment (if we move forward with service, this rate is deducted from the service charge)
Labor rate: $95 per hour with a 1-hour minimum.
Service for NEW equipment purchased from us is FREE for one year (or duration of the warranty)

Certain repairs may require more than a few days, but we strive to finish the service as quickly and completely as we can.
In-home Diagnostic
Just like our in-store diagnostic, we offer the same service available in your own home. Standard rates per hour, with additional rates for travel distance. Additional repair fees assessed after diagnostic for cost of parts and labor required.

Labor rate: $95 per hour with a 1-hour minimum.
Travel rates: $55 within 20 miles, $75 within 40 miles, $90 within 60 miles, and $125 beyond 60 miles from showroom
Have old equipment you don't need anymore? We also take in used scooters, power wheelchairs, lift chairs, and hospital beds for FREE!
Delivery
We also deliver certain equipment up to 20 miles of our showroom
Scooters and power wheelchairs: $75.00
Hospital Beds, and Lift Recliners: $125.00
Evaluation & Installation

On Sat, Dec. 13, I suddenly needed a hospital bed for our home after I shattered my knee in a fall and then my plans to be in a care center for a week post-surgery fell through. After calling a number of companies -- "we have nothing for a week" -- I called Paul at Mobility Plus Cincinnati East. He was AMAZING!!! We quickly booked the bed, and he delivered the bed that afternoon IN THE MIDDLE OF A BIG SNOWSTORM! He quickly assembled the electric bed, showed us how to use it, was thoughtful and patient, and then drove off into the snowstorm that shut down much of the city. The price was very reasonable, and the service was extraordinary. I am no cheerleader and don't give easy or cheap praise, but this was one of the best customer service experiences of my 68 years. Paul of Mobility Plus Cincinnati East is THE REAL DEAL, and while I hope I don't need this service again (for obvious reasons), he would absolutely be the provider I would use. This very tough grader gives this company an A+!

Paul the mobility consultant and owner was knowledgeable and friendly about lift chairs. We also spoke about walkers. Nice selection. The prices of the chairs were comparable to other specialty stores. Yes I would shop there again.

Bought a fantastic new walker here a few weeks ago. This was after Kunkel Pharmacy down the street sold me a dud they put together improperly and wouldn't refund me. Mobility Plus came through with the Nova walker AND happened to be $80 cheaper than down the street.
