Shawn came out to my parent’s house and was very patient and accurate with his quote. He even used our existing Pilot chair, keeping costs manageable. I phoned Shawn and made an appointment for him to take a look at my mother's scooter. He arrived at her apartment promptly for the appointment and patiently worked with my mom and me (via phone) to repair the scooter.
