From time to time, even the highest quality mobility products may need service. We offer a wide range of maintenance services so you can stay mobile. We can service all types of mobility products, including:
We are happy to visit your home or office to perform an on-site evaluation, and in many cases perform basic maintenance services. Additionally, you are welcome to bring your mobility product to our store to get immediate help.
We offer everything from battery replacement to full-service installations.

Bring in your batteries, or the whole machine, and we will check your batteries for FREE. This service test is the best way to make sure your batteries are still in good working order! You can come to our location during our normal business hours for a free battery check - no appointment necessary.
We will install your new batteries and properly dispose of your old batteries when you purchase your batteries through Mobility Plus Northfield. Simply stop by our showroom/service center with your equipment and old batteries, and we will install your new batteries for free!
If you’re unable to come to us—we are happy to come to you! In-home diagnostic fees will apply.

We are mobility experts that want to use our knowledge to uncover any issues with your mobility equipment. You’re welcome to visit our showroom/service center for a quick diagnostic of your machine. We will first test your batteries for FREE to determine if that is the underlying issue. If we find that the batteries are working properly, we will perform a complete series of diagnostic tests to determine what is causing any issues with your equipment.

We offer in-home diagnostic services for those who do not have the means to visit our showroom/service center. We begin with a battery test to ensure your batteries are fully functional. Once that’s completed, we will perform field diagnostic tests to attempt to determine what is causing the issue with your equipment. If necessary, we will bring the equipment back to our service facility for additional testing and to perform necessary repairs.
This fee includes:
1. Travel to Your Home or Office - This is a one time fee even if we have to come out multiple times for your repair or service.
2. One (1) Hour of Labor - When we arrive at your home our service hour begins so we will test your batteries, assess your repair and begin working on the fix (if applicable and with your approval). If additional labor and/or parts are needed beyond the initial amount, we will inform you before incurring additional charges.

My dad, almost 96, fell and broke his hip. For years he had no problem getting out of his rocker-recliner, but when he got out of rehab he couldn’t get out of his chair without assistance. I stopped by Mobility Plus to see what selection they have of reclining lift chairs. I was pleased to see different sizes, colors, styles and features. The staff is friendly and made it easy to choose the right chair. My dad chose a chair that allows him to get his legs up high when he reclines, heats up when he has muscle pain, a pad to charge his phone, a cup holder, and a lift to help him out of the chair. The remote is easy for him to operate. With all the things that have aggravated my dad over the last couple months, it’s nice to see the smile on his face when he sits in the chair The icing on the cake was that they delivered it 2 days after I ordered it! What a nice experience it was! 😃.

I had the pleasure of interacting with Mr Powell and I can’t speak highly enough of how kind and helpful they were. From the moment we started, they went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered and that I felt completely supported. My mom had been researching ultra light transport chairs on line and was disappointed that the chairs were small and somewhat flimsy according to reviews. We were pleasantly surprised while out shopping to find the Mobility Plus store and went in. The store had a nice selection of transport chairs. The staff was very helpful and pointed out features we wouldn't have thought to ask for. We purchased a transport chair right off the floor and I was able to push my mom out the door and to the store to shop. We have also used the chair to walk with the neighbors through our community. We highly reccomend this store for mobility products!

Absolutely great place and the staff is amazing to work with. We had them install a chair lift almost a year ago, my mother loves it! We have rented a ramp from them, 2x now and during the last rental, because we ultimately purchased a ramp, the rental was FREE! I highly recommend giving them a call for all your mobility needs.
