The Mobility Plus team was outstanding! Very easy to work with, communicated every step of the way and extremely professional. They moved a 20 foot ramp with a landing from Phoenixville to North Wales for us and was very reasonably priced. If we are in need of a ramp or any at home equipment or services, will definitely call Mobility Plus

It is rare that you come across an establishment where every comment is positive; but the five stars for Mobility Plus are well deserved! I would like to give a shout out to the Gandhi family. From Mr. Gandhi to his wife and son, I received nothing but impeccable service from very knowledgeable owners. I was surprised when Mr. Gandhi said their Mobility Plus location has been established for just a year, as our visit felt like being a guest in their home; not only did they let us keep warm in their office after hours while waiting for our return ride, but I received a sweet ‘hope you made it home safely’ text later in the evening. They even presented me with a Christmas bottle of French red wine (for which I’m still trying to get a corkscrew!). As for their business, no question went unanswered and any accommodations were taken care of immediately. And Mr. Gandhi? You were 100% correct, the Nova half pillow does wonders for my back! If you are in or near the Norristown area, please stop by Mobility Plus for equipment and installations; I only wish I had known about them when my mother was alive and needed supplies! Karen Watson

Mobility plus was very helpful! My 90 year old father in law late last year experienced some health issues and had to come stay with us at our house on very short notice! I called mobility plus and they were able to provide a fully electric chair brand new that would help him get to his feet, watch tv and sleep. He needed quite a bit of assistance. They came and installed it quickly, provided a rental option and then eventually a buy option which we took advantage of. We were able to get him into assisted living and they came back and moved the chair to the new facility! Helpful, responsive and treated us very well! Based on my experience I would strongly recommend!!!!!!

Mousmi was very accomodating to us. When we could not get a scooter rental from our usual local suppliers before leaving town, we pre-ordered a scooter online from Mobility Plus because they were in the vicinity of our destination. We had not rented from them before. When we got there, the scootere we had pre-ordered was too big for us to manage. Mousmi found a great alternate model that was lighter and folded easily without us having to break it down. It suited us perfectly. Mousmi put it in our car before we left, we used it for two days, and when we returned it he took it out of the car and refunded our deposit in full. It was a totally hassle-free rental, and cost less than had we rented it from our usual go-to places. Mousmi is a people person, super to work with.

Gandhi was a total pleasure to deal with, very professional , helpful and accommodating. I injuried my right foot and wasn’t able to bear weight. Getting around on crutches was getting to be too much. He delivered the scooter and ramp within a couple of hours. I would highly recommend anyone in need of a scooter in the house to not hesitate to give Mobility Plus a call. You won’t regret it!
