We had an excellent experience with Gandhi and his team at Mobility Plus. We took our 88-year-old mother/mother-in-law to test a motorized scooter, and after two hours of hands-on, customer-focused assistance, we made a life-enhancing purchase for her. She is absolutely thrilled that her "new ride" will give her greater independence and make it easier for her to participate in family outings and activities. We highly recommend this family-owned business to anyone seeking mobility solutions for a loved one. Their patience, knowledge, and genuine care made all the difference.

We had an incredibly great experience at Mobility Plus as I would give it 6 stars if I could. My husband (has above the knee leg prosthetic) and I stopped in last Saturday met by the owners (Ghandi and his wife). We were looking for a foldable TSA approved mobility scooter or electric wheelchair. His wife started by showing us how easily she folded one of the mobility scooters quickly with ease. We also wanted an easier ride to attend all the Phillies Sunday home games. They took their time with us (despite being closer to closing time) and we felt confident what we wanted to order after discussing the pros and cons of each. We decided on the Pride Go Go (I returned the Tuesday after as I emailed the owners the next day). Ghandi picked it up and unboxed the scooter while I videotaped with the help of his wife and Father. Both he and his wife were incredibly patient and knowledgeable. My husband was thrilled to take the scooter to the Phillies 6/7 game and “Seniors Stroll the Bases” so the scooter went from parking lot to third base seating, through elevators down the the ground level where after the win, he strolled the bases with the Phillies Phanatic and other seniors (like driving a cool mini golf cart) . We strongly recommend Mobility Plus as we had looked at 2 others closeby. Ghandi’s pricing and customer service could not be beat. The experience was a 10 out of 10 and we recommend it to everyone considering a lithium battery scooter or electric wheelchair for an easy and stress free positive experience. I had an amazing experience with Mobility Plus. The customer service that Mr and Mrs Gandhi offer is exceptional. I rented a knee scooter and an electric wheelchair and their price was fair and they made sure it was working properly and showed me how to use it. Mr Gandhi informed me to call them with any issues, which I didn’t have any. Very friendly people and I would highly recommend their company!

We rented a hospital bed for 30 days and the bed worked so well. It was exactly what we needed, The employees that delivered the bed were wonderful! They delivered the bed, set it up and moved other furniture for us as needed. The delivery and pick up were excellent. I highly recommend Mobility Plus!

I wanted to rent a specific lightweight electric wheelchair so that a family member could try it out. I wasn‘t able to find it near my town, but when I saw the great reviews for Mobility Plus in Norristown, I decided to give them a call. Gandhi was so nice and helpful on the phone, that I decided to make the ninety minute drive out to his store to try out the newer model he had available. He and his wife were patient, accommodating, and completely low pressure. We rented the chair for our family vacation — even taking it on the plane — and it made a world of difference for our family member‘s ability to enjoy themselves comfortably and independently. We decided to purchase the chair and are happy that we now know where to go if we have any other mobility needs in the future!
