This store and employees are worth mentioning. Michael was the first person I saw. He was straightening and tidying up the store. I told him I was looking for a scooter. They have lots of them. I looked at this, and I tried that. All the time Michael moving things around to make round. Then put everything back. He knew everything little thing about every scooter. Accommodating but no pressure to buy. I rode the scooter outside. It was great and I bought it. Jeromy delivered it to my house. Later I noticed the back lights did not come on. Jeromy came back out and fixed it. I've only put 34 miles on it in 6 weeks but I'm loving it and even go to garage sales with it.

We came to Mobility Plus to fix my dad’s walker. Jeremy was able to fix it super fast even though it was a model they do not carry. They both treated us with kindness and were super knowledgeable about all of their products. They have a wide range of products and really gave us some great ideas of what we might need in the future. I was impressed with the level of service and would highly recommend this Mobility Plus location and will definitely be back!

These guys are absolutely amazing to deal with. From the 1st phone call talking to Jeremy to the installation of the stair lift. Very professional and understanding of our tight time table. I would 100% recommend Mobility Plus! You'll be 100% satisfied with the product and the service.

Our 91 yo dad had to give up his car and he was devastated. We decided to get him an outdoor scooter to get around his complex. He was barely lukewarm to the idea. After meeting with Jeremy, and learning about his options including the Baja Bandit, my dad has a new lease on life. Jeremy was kind, compassionate and treated him with respect discussing his specific needs. He patiently walked him through how to use it, set it up to fit him perfectly and built his confidence in using it. Most of all he took our proud dad from looking at it as a medical device to something exciting that adds value to his life. We are driving home and my dad is EXCITED. Go in and visit the store. I’m so glad we didn’t just buy on-line. So grateful to Jeremy.

Helped my mom so tremendously. We were new to her needing one and we ended up needing it an extra day. They were beyond understanding, didn't charge us for the extra day, and gave us so much support and kindness. I could not have asked for a better experience and will forever use this company.
