This store and employees are worth mentioning. Michael was the first person I saw. He was straightening and tidying up the store. I told him I was looking for a scooter. They have lots of them. I looked at this, and I tried that. All the time Michael moving things around to make round. Then put everything back. He knew everything little thing about every scooter. Accommodating but no pressure to buy. I rode the scooter outside. It was great and I bought it. Jeromy delivered it to my house. Later I noticed the back lights did not come on. Jeromy came back out and fixed it. I've only put 34 miles on it in 6 weeks but I'm loving it and even go to garage sales with it.

We came to Mobility Plus to fix my dad’s walker. Jeremy was able to fix it super fast even though it was a model they do not carry. They both treated us with kindness and were super knowledgeable about all of their products. They have a wide range of products and really gave us some great ideas of what we might need in the future. I was impressed with the level of service and would highly recommend this Mobility Plus location and will definitely be back!

These guys are absolutely amazing to deal with. From the 1st phone call talking to Jeremy to the installation of the stair lift. Very professional and understanding of our tight time table. I would 100% recommend Mobility Plus! You'll be 100% satisfied with the product and the service.

For yourself or your loved one, this is where to go to determine the safest and most comfortable path to navigate the changes in mobility for seniors. I was greeted by Alan (owner) as I entered the store. Very friendly and we immediately found him to be a great listener to understand the needs of my sister as she moves to an independent living facility. He directed me to what he suggested to be the best chair for her. It is important to note it wasn’t a sales pitch but more a consultant’s approach. He presented several alternatives while discussing the cost aspect including likely possible subsidies to investigate. We would highly recommend Alan along with his valued assistant Anthony to identify the best investment in appropriate equipment, presented on display with many options. Go here first and we believe it will be where you go last!
