What can I say about this store? A lot. Phil met my brother Jim through a recommendation of his cousin Mike. Phil met all expectations of what we needed and delivered the very next day knowing my mother would be home later on that day as well. The movers Stevo and Eric were on time, helpful, knowledgeable, and most of all very polite. They were in and out in no time and knew exactly what they were doing. Needless to say my mother arrived an hour later to find new furniture provided by Mobility Plus. Thank you very much and I will definitely recommend you to all my friends and family.
Came with my mom to get my dad a smaller mobility scooter for in and out of the car (since she has to do the lifting) and Phil was AMAZING! Very knowledgeable and helped us pick the perfect scooter! Highly recommend!!
My father who is 95 years old needed his Pride Jazzy Elite HD repaired. Phil came for a service call on a Saturday morning the day after I called to schedule the repair of the wheelchair. He diagnosed the problem and had to call the manufacturer since it was a fault in the module. The technician at Pride was great and helped Phil fix the wheelchair right away. Phil was incredibly nice, helpful and prompt in servicing the wheelchair. I would highly recommend any purchase or repair of motorized wheelchairs or scooters by Mobility Plus Shelby Township. Ask for Phil!
