Mobility Plus is your trusted mobility device repair shop! We service scooters, wheelchairs, or any other mobility aid whether you bought it with us or not. You can bring it to our showroom, or we can come to your home or office. We offer everything from mobility scooter battery replacement to full-service repairs and lift installations.
Our services
Battery Check
- We provide FREE battery checks in our store!
- No appointment is necessary between 10:00am and 5:00pm, Mon.-Fri.
- We provide FREE group tune-up clinics at your assisted or independent living facility to check batteries & adjust rollator brakes. Facility activity directors can call (864) 335-8797 to book!
Battery Installation
- We install new batteries purchased in our Greenville, SC showroom for FREE.
- We properly dispose of your old battery for FREE.
- We perform in-home removal of old batteries and replacement with new batteries - * In-Home Service Fee applies.
In-store Diagnostic
- Please bring your scooter, power wheelchair, rollator or other mobility product to us for service!
- We charge $75 for an initial assessment of the problem. If you decide to proceed with service, we will deduct the initial $75 charge from your balance.
- Complex repairs may require several days, but we will work hard to fix your equipment as quickly as possible.
- We service all NEW equipment purchased from us FREE for one year (or for the life of the warranty).
- We service equipment purchased elsewhere if we can source parts for it. Service plans available for purchase!
- Our labor rate is $95 per hour with a 1-hour minimum.
- Heavy item? Let us pick up or return your in-store service item (within 10 miles of our showroom only)
In-home Diagnostic
- Additional repair fees will be assessed based on cost of parts, and labor required.
- No longer need equipment? Want to de-clutter? We pick up used scooters, lift chairs, wheelchairs, and hospital beds from your home for FREE.
- Our labor rate is $95 per hour with a 1-hour minimum.
- $55 trip charge for in-home service within 10 miles of our showroom.
- $75 trip charge for in-home service beyond 10 miles, and up to 40 miles from our showroom.
- $90 trip charge for in-home service beyond 40 miles, and up to 60 miles from our showroom.
- $125 trip charge for in-home service at 60 miles + from our showroom.
Delivery
We provide white glove delivery to addresses within 10 miles of our showroom!
- Scooters and power wheelchairs: $75.00
- Hospital Beds, and Lift Recliners: $125.00
- We will gladly haul away used mobility equipment for an additional fee.
*Oversized products that require more than a 1-person delivery will add additional cost.

Only after 14 months, the actuator, in my Rooms to Go recliner, quit working. Rooms to Go gave me a customer service number to possibly get a replacement actuator. I was told that the part was not on their list, so they could not help me. I spent lots of time searching online, no luck. I thought that I was now stuck with a non-working recliner just over 1-year old. I then called Mobility Plus on Garlington Road, Greenville, SC. Immediately I felt in good hands with Andrew Trapp, Consultant/Manager. Very knowledgeable and professional and a pleasure to work with, as we searched for for a replacement. Andrew did not give up on me, and did not try to sell me a new recliner. He asked me to send him photos of my actuator, and that he would speak to his highly qualified tech, and would be sure to quickly get back to me. That he did, and from the photos I sent, his tech found a company that he felt had the actuator needed. Knowing that I wanted to try to do the work myself, both Andrew and the tech, went above what they had to do. The correct actuator is being sent out to me this same day, and had been verified to be the correct one. Wow!! I am so very thankful to both of them, and Mobility Plus! Good people that have a heart to help without blowing me off, or trying to make a sale. I highly recommend Mobility Plus, and will be stopping by their business soon. Tom and Valarie of mobility plus on Garlington Road were exceptional in guiding me in selecting my lift chair. I decided on the amazing Viva lift. This chair not only lifts… it is heated, messages, will tilt so my feet are above heart when needed, added lumbar support a headrest positions, pullout cup holder and phone charger, plus so much more. I even have an app for my phone!!🤪 Thank you so very much in establishing my comfort and peace of mind as I grow older.

Yesterday, I brought in my Travel Scoot scooter to have the drive belt replaced. I was very impressed with how quickly the service was completed—within an hour, the repair was done, and my scooter is running better than ever. If you will go to their mobility Plus you will be impressed they are very nice and friendly and down home gentlemen and they do good work they put a lift on our care and we are very satisfied with it it dose not shake they have very nice scooter's Recliners and have everything you may need i would recommend them any day to family & friend's
