Quality Mobility Equipment Rentals in St. Petersburg, FL

I wish there was an option for 6 stars! Superior service! I was on an rv trip 2 hours away. Ran into technical difficulties with a new mobility cart lift that was recently installed. Called a mobility business in the town of Clermont where i was staying. They refused to help even though only 5 miles from my location. I of course offered to pay for services, still they turned me down. Jennifer and Louis, drove 100 miles and rescued us! I can never say enough about the Outstanding service!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND ST PETE LOCATION FOR MOBILITY PLUS!!

Jennifer and the owner was 'real' from the start. The scooter was delivered, and Debbie Pippin, a local bass musician, who had a stroke, is now in a battery operated chair since being put in a wheelchair 5 years ago. She doesn't have any control on the right side of her body. She is now free to travel the highways! Thank you Jennifer for caring!

I highly recommend Mobility Plus in St. Pete. I only had a couple of days before surgery and needed a knee scooter. I did a quick search to find my options and was overwhelmed by the results. A dear friend reccomended Mobility Plus and connected me with Jennifer the Showroom Manager. Jennifer was kind and caring, she let me know she had a scooter for someone my height (6'5") and that her team could custom adjust it to me. She provided fair and transparent pricing (better than others I had researched) and advised on my best value between renting and buying, based on the time I needed it for. I visited the next day and was assisted Jennifer, the owner and the service tech - all were wonderful and ensured the fit was adjusted to me.The whole process exceeded my expectations. I feel confident I made the right decision and happy to know they will be available if I have any issues. Their customer service is second to none. The product is great quality. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service.Their pricing is fair and transparent - I would recommend them to anyone!

Once again Mobility Plus has done it. I am on scooter number 2 with them and they also serviced and setup my home lift. Jennifer, Luis and Charlie are the best. You can`t beat the customer service. I would highly recommend them for all your needs.

I don't even know how to put into words the level of gratitude I have for this place and these people. They got me what I needed, and changing my wheelchair batteries only took a few minutes for the nice gentleman to complete. And yes, the batteries work great so far! Honestly, what really impressed me—and the reason I am leaving this review—is the genuine care and compassion that I was shown by this establishment. They went so far above and beyond that, honestly, I can't think of a word that properly conveys just how far they were willing to go to accommodate me. They also made sure I knew how to properly maintain my new wheelchair battery. I never expected to have an experience as good as the one I had when I set out to buy new batteries. All I can say is thank you.
