We called last minute for a mobility scooter for.our mom. Vicky made the process easy and was able to get one for us for a week. She called us after the booking to ensure we were able to find the shop on our own. Appreciate the excellent customer service and quality of the equipment.

I spent a lot of time researching, calling several companies and talking with a lot of people in the mobility industry before deciding on the place to buy a new lift chair. Customer service so good it literally restored my faith in people. I needed a rather simple fix on a walker and no one in town. does this kind of service or at least they’re very hard to find. Vicky at the front desk is lovely and their tech Myro went out of his way to fit me in and he’s a busy guy. This would’ve cost an arm and a leg anywhere else. Thanks to the entire staff!!

My aunt, that is 98, needed a lift chair. We shopped around, but came back to Mobility Plus, Old Hickory. Vicki was very knowledgeable about the differences in lift chairs. Great personality and walked us through the process. Myro, manager, delivered the chair on time, completed the set up and took time to throughly explain its use & warranty.
