Customer service so good it literally restored my faith in people. I needed a rather simple fix on a walker and no one in town. does this kind of service or at least they’re very hard to find. Vicky at the front desk is lovely and their tech Myro went out of his way to fit me in and he’s a busy guy. This would’ve cost an arm and a leg anywhere else. Thanks to the entire staff!!

My aunt, that is 98, needed a lift chair. We shopped around, but came back to Mobility Plus, Old Hickory. Vicki was very knowledgeable about the differences in lift chairs. Great personality and walked us through the process. Myro, manager, delivered the chair on time, completed the set up and took time to throughly explain its use & warranty.
