We needed a scooter for a week and their rental process was very straightforward with no stress. Their prices are very reasonable and they have alot of great options for both times and products, as I looked at several places online and this one looked like it fit the best with what we needed , and as it turns out , it does! They are also flexible with pick up and delivery options. I completed the rental and payment completely online , and then was called by someone a short time later to confirm everything, which was very reassuring! We also got a follow up call a couple of days before our rental started to see if there was anything else that we needed. They were great!
