From first contact with Dennis around installing two ramps, through the installation by JR and Dennis ...this was a great experience. They adapted the final product to accommodate the needs of the Home owner (we are renting the home) and did a replacement with grab bars. Excellent clean up and careful construction. I plan to use this company for a scooter purchase as well.

We rented an electric scooter to bring with us to Las Vegas, and it made our trip so much better. It was easy to transport, simple to use, and the battery lasted all day. Getting around the Las Vegas Strip was much more comfortable, especially with all the walking involved. My mom was able to enjoy every hotel and attraction without getting tired. I had the best experience today looking for a lightweight scooter at Mobility Plus. I was quickly greeted by my salesperson. He was knowledgeable in all phases of the working of scooters and chairs. He suggested I try the foldable chair. I was hesitant to do so. I immediately thought handicapped. I have COPD. So breathing can be a problem at times. I did try the chair and thoroughly loved it. I loved it so much I bought one. If you're thinking of getting Mobility equipment, do yourself a favor and check out Mobility Plus! I would give them 10 stars if it were available!!!

I'm very pleased with the dedication and quality of the service I've received from the Mobility Plus employees. They are all well-trained and knowledgeable about their products and genuinely care about customer service. I recently had trouble with my old mobility scooter and ended up replacing it with a much better one for half the price of the old one that didn't live up to its price. It's wonderful to have caring, knowledgeable, and thoughtful people working hard to please a picky old lady like me. I think of them as good friends.

It was a pleasent experience. Both Gary and R.J. we're very helpful and thorough in explaining etc. They were very professional and friendly. I felt very comfortable and like family. They left no stone unturned. I would recommend them first of all. They are the kind of people I like to do business with.they earned all fiver stars.
