We will inspect, maintain and repair your mobility equipment like scooters, power chairs, lifts and more at our location or at your home at your convenience. Our services

Battery Check
Bring in your batteries, or the whole machine, and we will check your batteries for FREE to make sure they are in perfect working order! No appointment necessary!
Service Fee: FREE
Battery Installation
We will install your new battery(s) and properly dispose of your old battery(s) if you purchase your batteries through us and come to our showroom and service center. If you’re unable to come to us we are happy to come to you (in-home fees apply).
Service Fee: $40.00 plus the price of batteries
In-store Diagnostic
Visit our showroom and service center for a complete diagnostic of your machine. We begin by testing your battery(s). If the battery(s) is not the issue, we perform a diagnostic using the latest computers, technology, and mechanical know-how.

This fee includes:
1. One (1) Hour of Labor - We will test your batteries, assess your repair and begin working on the fix (if applicable and with your approval). If additional labor and/or parts are needed beyond the initial amount, we will inform you before incurring additional charges.
Service Fee: $80.00/hr billed in 15 minute increments (1 hour minimum)
In-home Diagnostic
We will visit your home to diagnose the issue and perform the service. We will troubleshoot in the comfort of your home with portable computers and diagnostic tools. When we are able to identify the problem, we will provide a quote for any additional parts and labor needed.

This fee includes:
1. Travel to Your Home or Office - This is a one-time fee and includes the first hour of services.
2. One (1) Hour of Labor - When we arrive at your home our service hour begins. We will test your batteries, assess your repair and begin working on the fix (if applicable and with your approval). If additional labor and/or parts are needed beyond the initial amount, we will inform you before incurring additional charges.
Service Fee: $145 (<10 miles), $2.00 per mile (>10 miles)

Ben exemplifies everything you could ask For in a salesman. If he didn’t know the answer, he let us know, but then got to work on finding the answer for us. He listened, gave As pointers on things to consider, and we walked out, extremely pleased with our purchase of a power wheelchair. He also did a quick repair on a traditional wheelchair of ours and didn’t even charge us for it. If you’re in the Fredericksburg/Stafford/Spotsylvania area. I highly recommend him! I will be sharing his contact information on social media and via word-of-mouth. 7/25/25 Once again Ben came through for us. The electric wheelchair that we purchased needed a little maintenance and he went above and beyond to attend to it immediately. We left as extremely satisfied customers. This place is great! Always have good experience here. My mother bought her power chair from here. My friend got her stair lift from here. I bought a bag for my injured hand to keep it dry while in shower. So glad this place is close to my family. Will know that as we all age, all of us can get our mobility products from them. Ben and his Dad were very helpful and patient while helping me choose a motorize wheelchair after surgery. They showed me several and discussed the differences between them. Earlier in the week Ben came out to my house to install a ramp so I was able to get in and out of my house. Once I progressed and no longer needed the wheelchair, Ben came back out (within a few days) and removed the ramp. Overall they provided superior customer service and were concerned for my well-being. I highly recommend them for any mobility needs anyone may have in the future. I will definitely use them again if needed.
