We recently purchased a power wheelchair at Mobility plus in Fredericksburg, and couldn’t have been more pleased with their engagement and understanding of our needs. We’ve shopped around extensively both locally and around Northern Virginia and Mobility Plus was our best experience. They have an excellent show room with many of the popular vehicle’s present. Their pricing was more than reasonable and they were willing to personally engage with our questions and specific needs. Buz and Ben were very knowledgeable and when needed, quickly talked with manufactures and sales people to get answers. More importantly they were forthright and honest and very informed about their products. We had some special requirements and they were willing to give us as much of their time as we needed. Very good experience.

Ben and his Dad were very helpful and patient while helping me choose a motorize wheelchair after surgery. They showed me several and discussed the differences between them. Earlier in the week Ben came out to my house to install a ramp so I was able to get in and out of my house. Once I progressed and no longer needed the wheelchair, Ben came back out (within a few days) and removed the ramp. Overall they provided superior customer service and were concerned for my well-being. I highly recommend them for any mobility needs anyone may have in the future. I will definitely use them again if needed.
