Battery Check
Bring in your batteries, or the whole machine, and we will check your batteries for FREE to make sure they are in perfect working order! No appointment necessary!
Service Fee: Free Battery Testing
Battery Installation
We will install your new battery(s) and properly dispose of your old battery(s) if you purchase your batteries through us and come to our showroom and service center. If you’re unable to come to us we are happy to come to you (in-home fees apply).
Service Fee: Free Battery Install if purchased from us, if purchased elsewhere $25.00
In-store Diagnostic
Visit our showroom and service center for a complete diagnostic of your machine. We begin by testing your battery(s). If the battery(s) is not the issue, we perform a diagnostic using the latest computers, technology, and mechanical know-how.
Service Fee: $50.00
In-home Diagnostic
We will visit your home to diagnose the issue and perform the service. We will troubleshoot in the comfort of your home with portable diagnostic tools to determine cause of issue.
$100 (within 20 miles)
$125 (21 - 40 miles)
$150 (40 - 60 miles)

My husband and I visited Mobility Plus today to shop for a mobility scooter. I have had multiple spine ssurgeries and have found it increasing more difficult to go anywhere that involves walking a distance. It was a great shopping experience. Justin helped us select just the right scooter for me. He was very knowledgeable and did not rush or pressure us into purchasing anything.
