Expert Mobility Equipment Service in Inwood, WV

Excellent Service & Above-and-Beyond Customer Care! We rented a mobility scooter from Mobility Plus for one day while we were in the area. Unfortunately, they are closed on Sundays, and since we were leaving Sunday, we were worried about how we would return the scooter. Luke, the Mobility Plus sales associate, went above and beyond to help us. He gave us his personal phone number and even provided his home address so we could return the scooter to him directly. When we arrived, he was incredibly kind, welcoming, and hospitable. Before we left with the scooter, Luke took the time to demonstrate how to operate it and, most importantly, how to break it down for transportation. He was patient, helpful, and made sure we felt comfortable using it. You don't come across customer service like this very often. Luke truly went above and beyond to make what could have been a stressful situation easy for us. We are so grateful for his kindness and would highly recommend Mobility Plus to anyone needing mobility equipment. Five stars all the way!

My husband and I visited Mobility Plus today to shop for a mobility scooter. I have had multiple spine ssurgeries and have found it increasing more difficult to go anywhere that involves walking a distance. It was a great shopping experience. Justin helped us select just the right scooter for me. He was very knowledgeable and did not rush or pressure us into purchasing anything. He encouraged us to test drive the scooter in the store and showed us all the features. I nearly cried when I saw how easy it is to operate; how much the scooter will increase my mobility; and how affordable it is! Justin and Mobility plus, thank you so much! I can attend my grandson's baseball games again and shop without pain!
