Battery Check
Bring in your batteries, or the whole machine, and we will check your batteries for FREE to make sure they are in perfect working order! You can come to our location during business hours for a free battery check - no appointment necessary.
Service Fee: FREE In-Store
Battery Installation
When you purchase your batteries through us while in our showroom and service center, we will install your new battery and properly dispose of your old battery. If you’re unable to come to us, we are happy to come to you, though our in-home diagnostic fees will apply.

In-store Diagnostic
You're welcome to come visit our showroom and service center for a diagnostic of your medical mobility product. First, we will test your battery for free, then if the battery isn’t the issue, we will perform a diagnostic using the latest computers, technology, and mechanical know-how.

Service Fee includes:
1. Twenty (20) minutes of Labor - We will test your batteries, assess your repair and begin working on the fix (if applicable and with your approval). If additional labor is needed beyond the twenty minutes typical of diagnosing the issue, we will charge our standard labor rate of $95/hr, billed in 15-minute increments.
Service Fee: $30
In-home Diagnostic

We will come to your home or office to diagnose the issue. We begin with a battery test to ensure your batteries are fully functional. Once that’s completed, we will perform the same level of service as one of our in-store diagnostics with portable computers and diagnostic tools.

Service Fee includes:
1. Travel to Your Home or Office.
2. Twenty (20) minutes of Labor - When we arrive at your home or office our service begins; we will test your batteries, assess your repair and begin working on the fix (if applicable and with your approval). If additional labor is needed beyond the twenty minutes typical of diagnosing the issue, we will charge our standard labor rate of $95/hr.

Disinfect and Sanitize
Mobility Plus can disinfect and sanitize your current mobility products and surfaces using high temperature dry steam.
Service Fee: $99.99
Delivery
We provide white glove delivery to addresses within 20 miles of our showroom!
Scooters and Power Wheelchairs: $75.00
Hospital Beds, and Lift Recliners: $125.00
We will gladly haul away used mobility equipment for an additional fee

After listening and accessing, he provided and installed ramps to fit my situation. My project was completed in a timely manner and I am well pleased with the results.
