Mary was amazing to work with, she returned calls in a timely fashion and was very knowledgeable about questions and concerns. The pricing was amazing, especially as we rented a scooter over a holiday weekend. The scooter itself was very light, easy to put together, and easy to charge. I would 100% use Mobility Plus Alpharetta again!

I needed quick turn-around for a lift recliner for my 91-year old mother.The Moblity Plus team answered all my questions and came up with a solution right away. Delivery was scheduled for the next day and the guys who delivered the chair were kind and patient with my mom. I had my Jazzy Air2 repaired by Mobility Plus and they were phenomenal! We were quoted a fair price for the repair and additional preventative maintenance to insure trouble free mobility for years to come. The owner, Scott, had previously repaired our vehicle lift at our residence. He was extremely pleasant and thorough in resolving the issue. Their technician, Peyton, returned to perform the necessary and preventative maintenance of the Jazzy Air. He was equally pleasant, thorough, and efficient in making the repairs. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND MOBILITY PLUS

The first thing we noticed when we visited their store was that everyone you meet is extremely kind and very understanding. Mary is a gem and her staff is equally amazing! We visited her store at 2pm and my scooter rental and lift chair were delivered about 2.5 hours later! That is service! As a bonus, the young gentleman who delivered the items were so polite and careful. They wanted to make sure that we were happy with everything before they left. Obviously, under Mary's leadership, she has built an amazing team! When you are hurting, I cannot think of a better place to rent or buy equipment that will improve your life. These folks care, a lot, and it is so refreshing that people like Mary run businesses to help people with such compassion. Wish I could give more stars!
