Mobility Plus Alpharetta

My wife and I visited Mobility Plus in January of 2023. I had foot surgery scheduled for February and we needed something other than a wheelchair to get around the house. It was too much to ask my wife to assist with everything I needed/wanted to do, Mary Block, the owner, was a huge help to us in selecting a battery powered scooter to get around the house. In addition to needing a shower bench, Mary's team delivered the scooter to our home in East Cobb. This family owned business was indispensable in assisting me in my recovery. I highly recommend them. Mary was patient, understanding and very professional in helping me achieve my goal of getting back on my feet ahead of our son's wedding in July. Mary and Stephanie were a joy to deal with when I recently purchased a scooter for my rheumatoid arthritis. I was even greeted with a hug! Stephanie was very patient as she waited for me to make a decision once she presented me with the options. She was very knowledgeable about the products they carry and willing to find out if there was something she didn't know. Mary helped me figure out the financial end of things since this was no small purchase. I feel like I got a very good product at a great price and I know that buying local will mean they are here to help if I have any problems. I'm over the moon about my scooter and the relief it's giving me as I navigate a very large elementary school. The kids are getting a kick out of it, too. Thanks ladies!

Had a wonderful experience with finding my mom a lift chair at Mobility Plus Alpharetta. Mary was so patient and kind in helping her find the perfect fit and color she wanted. The order process was easy with a fast delivery. It’s a true family business with her son being the one for delivery and set up. He was very respectful and attention detailed in making sure it was ready for her to use. Will not hesitate to to purchase any products from them in the future.
