Two men were at the desk in the back but to busy lounging to get up. The young woman tried to assist us but we may have been her first customer. She was clueless and the other man came over and very gruffly said that we would not be taking whatever we purchased home in our vehicle. No one at this store will ever get our business or recommendation. We were there to look at top of the line motorized chairs. We will now drive to Tucson

I purchased a Jazzy power chair in March of 2025 the bracket that holds the joy stick controller broke at the bend I have waited 3 plus weeks and was finally told that it is on back order. Their customer service is poor at best. I hav to call pride to gat a date when the part will be available
