Bring in your batteries or the whole machine, and we will check them for FREE to ensure they are in perfect working order! You can come to our location during business hours for a free battery check — no appointment is necessary.
When you purchase your batteries through us while in our showroom and service center, we will install your new battery and properly dispose of your old battery. If you cannot come to us, we are happy to come to you, though our in-home diagnostic fees will apply.

You're welcome to visit our showroom and service center for a diagnostic of your medical mobility product. First, we will test your battery for free. Then, if the battery isn't the issue, we will perform a diagnostic using the latest computers, technology, and mechanical know-how. Our expert team specializes in mobility scooter repair, ensuring problems are identified and resolved efficiently.
This fee includes:
1. Twenty (20) minutes of labor - We will test your batteries, assess your repair, and begin working on the fix (if applicable and with your approval). If additional labor is needed beyond the twenty minutes typical of diagnosing the issue, we will charge our standard labor rate of $95/hr, billed in 15-minute increments. Unless you are enrolled in our Freedom Support Plan, labor on warranty repairs is complimentary!

We will come to your home or office to diagnose the issue. We begin with a battery test to ensure your batteries are fully functional. Once that's completed, we will perform the same level of service as one of our in-store diagnostics with portable computers and diagnostic tools. Whether it's a minor adjustment or more extensive mobility scooter repair, we've got you covered.
This fee includes:
1. Travel to your home or office.
2. From first contact with Dennis around installing two ramps, through the installation by JR and Dennis ...this was a great experience. They adapted the final product to accommodate the needs of the Home owner (we are renting the home) and did a replacement with grab bars. Excellent clean up and careful construction. I plan to use this company for a scooter purchase as well.

THEIR ABILITY TO GO WITH THE FLOW! I had reserved a wheelchair for 10 days and then, a day before delivery, discovered I needed a lift chair as well. They happened to have one available because of a service change and were able to deliver both at the same time. Their ability to accommodate the change in my order and add a second item the day before delivery surpassed my expectations. But what impressed me the most was the delivery person's steadiness in delivery, his knowledgeable assembly, and his commitment to ensuring we knew best practices for using the mobility devices. Thank you for helping us make our holiday a little bit more mobile!

I have been a customer for three years and have experience wonderful customer service. After my 3rd back surgery in Sept 2022 it was necessary to have a lift installed in my home to maintain my independence. This was the best decision I ever made! The lift is very easy to use and allows me worry free assistance to get up and down my stairs. I also have used Mobility Plus for grab bar installation in both bathrooms. I am very pleased with their equipment and service!

We pretty much knew the mobility chair we were looking for from researching ahead of time. My husband had called to check availability & office manager was very helpful & informative so we made the 2 hr trip. Greeted by service manager who quickly made clear no commissions, no personal gain. Chair is apparently a new model so he'd assembled it but admitted he knew nothing of operating it. The upside to that was the chair is fairly easy to figure out & he did put operating app on my phone for me. We were glad we'd researched it though for more detailed info. We were also able to quickly weed out other choices they had in stock. Office manager looked on computer for answers to some of our questions so it was a group effort. 4 stars because was lead to believe the additional cup holder was unique to fit on new model so we spent over $50 for it, plastic & velcro...I did later find exactly the same holder on Amazon for $21!! So feel like that was an extremely huge mark-up especially when added to cost of the chair. Some bundle prices would be a nice gesture for spending that kind of money. They made effort to make sale without really knowing product details. Don't know when new model actually arrived but never can have too much info about it. Unfortunately feeling taken on price of cup holder affects total satisfaction of purchase. UPDATED great continued customer service. The issue of cupholder price was recognized, dealt with & resolved. Thank you.
