David is truly a knowledgeable professional in his field of mobility options. He took great care and patience with my mother, answering all questions and eased her concerns. David provided additional information to my brother, which he was extremely pleased. Overall a wonderful experience!
David was very kind and knowledgeable in helping me choose a lift chair for my dad. When I called with questions, he immediately texted back with pictures/descriptions of chairs and a map link to get to the store. In the store he did a great job explaining all the different kinds of chairs. When Brandon delivered the chair (on the same day that I called and visited the store), he helped me move other furniture out of the way and did a great job setting up and demonstrating the lift chair. Both employees made this purchase an easy one for me even though I needed the chair the same day. Thanks for a great experience!
I have enjoyed working with the people at Mobility Plus in Buford. They offer great customer service throughout the process of getting an electric lift chair for my mom. It took up to 6 weeks to deliver and they offered a loaner chair until hers arrived. The also offered to take off the taxes with a doctor’s note. The delivery of both chairs was phenomenal. I will definitely use them for future needs.
I picked this place from the reviews and so glad I did. David was so helpful and explained everything to me as I’d not had a scooter before. He asked questions about what my uses would be so he could show me what best suited my needs. I rode a few around the showroom until I found the one most comfortable for me. They also had quite a selection in stock so I had many to choose from. I would 100% use them again and an A+ on customer service! Thanks again for all the help!
