I can not say enough great things about Mobility Plus in Buford. I had a knee replacement & needed a scooter for a long weekend so I could attend a 2 day event that I had been looking forward to. From the phone call I first made to inquire, to the beautiful store, to David explaining & demonstrating was a great experience. We will be back & I have already referred a friend to this store! The Mobility Plus people were awesome. They explained all the features of each scooter and made the purchasing process a breeze. After the purchase I had an issue with the scooter (my fault) and I called David on a Sunday and he responded immediately and resolved the problem over the phone. That type of customer service is to be applauded. I recommend them without question.
In my search for a mobility chair for my 85 yo mom, I stopped by the competition store first (101). Don't waste your time and head straight to Mobility Plus in Buford, GA. The inventory is fully stocked, and David and Tommy were fantastic to work with. They answered all my questions and concerns and let mom try out several options. Without going into too much detail, they literally went above and beyond all expectations with customer service and we couldn't be happier! We rented first and then purchased the Pride Jazzy Ultra-Light motorized chair for my mom. It is exactly what we needed and has opened up so many new possibilities for her. Life changing!
Many thanks to David and Tommy they treated my mother with respect, kindness. They were so helpful in every way. I wished I had purchased my chair from them. Their customer service is outstanding. They care about the customers needs . The do not try to sell something the customer doesn't need, they make sure what my Mom received worked for her. If she had not liked the color they were going to order her one she wanted.
We will be buying outdoor scooter soon. I am just relieved they are close and have good warranty.

My Mother in Law had a Knee replacement surgery and they explained to us exactly what tools she would need for her recovery process, she loves all the tools they have, Chairs, Folding Walker, raised toilet chair, etc…
We are really pleased with their service, they are knowledgeable and professional, delivery service was on point! They are the Best!!!
