Our goal is to provide you with the best customer experience possible. We will inspect, maintain and repair your mobility equipment at our location or at your home at your convenience. Our trained professionals will replace your battery and charger in no time to keep you on the go.

Our services

Battery Check
Bring in your batteries, or the whole machine, and we will check your batteries for FREE to make sure they are in perfect working order! You can come to our location 7 days a week for a free battery check – appointment is necessary for Saturdays and Sundays with 24 hours' notice.
Service Fee: FREE
Battery Installation
We will install your new battery and properly dispose of your old battery if you purchase your batteries through us and come to our showroom and service center. If you're unable to come to us we are happy to come to you, though our in-home diagnostic fees will apply.
Service Fee: FREE In-Store
In-store Diagnostic
You are most welcome to visit our showroom and service center for a diagnostic of your machine. We are going to test your battery for free first, then; if the battery isn't the issue, we perform a diagnostic using the latest computers, technology, and mechanical know-how. Appointment necessary.
Service Fee: $55
In-home Diagnostic
We will make appointment to come to your home to diagnose the issue. We begin with a battery test to ensure your batteries are fully functional. Once that's completed, we will perform the same level of service as one of our in-store diagnostics with portable computers and diagnostic tools.

This fee includes:
1. Travel to Your Home or Office - This is a one- time fee even if we have to come out multiple times for your repair or service.
2. One (1) Hour of Labor - When we arrive at your home our service hour begins so we will test your batteries, assess your repair and begin working on the fix (if applicable and with your approval). If additional labor is needed beyond the one hour we will charge additionally.

Oliver and his staff were super easy to work with and flexible. We rented a wheelchair for the weekend and it couldn’t have been easier. The wheelchair was in great shape (looked brand new) and worked perfectly for our needs.

My Mom's wheelchair just quit on her, after store hours of course, but Oliver at Mobility Plus was there to save us. I was able to speak with him on the phone, send him pictures and we were able to get her up and running. Praise the Lord for Mobility Plus!!!

Chet did a great job of reserving just the right scooters for our group of 3 senior citizens for our trip to the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo. Oliver delivered them right on time to our car parked in the parking lot. They were fully charged and he included chargers for them just in case. When we were almost ready to leave, we called him and when we got back to the car, there he was! Oliver was polite, friendly and so helpful. Three thumbs up for Mobility Plus Colorado Springs!

I couldn't say enough great things about this place. Oliver was absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable I had something that kind of needed done in a bit of a hurry and he absolutely got me in quick It was a unique problem but it got troubleshooted perfectly and my scooter is in excellent working order now If and when mine dies I'm going to be going back there to buy a new one for sure

Can't say enough good things about Mobility Plus and Oliver and his staff, Brought my previous scooter in for service a couple of times and Oliver even came to my home once to service it for me.
