Our services

Battery Check
Bring in your batteries, or the whole machine, and we will check your batteries for FREE. This service test is the best way to make sure your batteries are still in good working order! You can come to our location during our normal business hours for a free battery check - no appointment necessary. Our showroom and service center hours are Mon-Fri: 9 am – 5 pm, and Sat: 10 am – 2 pm.
Service Fee: FREE
Battery Installation
We will install your new batteries and properly dispose of your old batteries when you purchase your batteries through Mobility Plus Fort Collins. Simply stop by our showroom/service center with your equipment and old batteries, and we will install your new batteries for free!
If you’re unable to come to us—we are happy to come to you! In-home diagnostic fees will apply.
Service Fee: FREE In-Store, or $40 on-site.
In-store Diagnostic
We are mobility experts that want to use our knowledge to uncover any issues with your mobility equipment. You’re welcome to visit our showroom/service center for a quick diagnostic of your machine. We will first test your batteries for FREE to determine if that is the underlying issue. If we find that the batteries are working properly, we will perform a complete series of diagnostic tests to determine what is causing any issues with your equipment.
Service Fee: $80
In-home Diagnostic
We offer in-home diagnostic services for those who do not have the means to visit our showroom/service center. We begin with a battery test to ensure your batteries are fully functional. Once that’s completed, we will perform field diagnostic tests to attempt to determine what is causing the issue with your equipment. If necessary, we will bring the equipment back to our service facility for additional testing and to perform necessary repairs.

This fee includes:
1. Travel to Your Home or Office - This is a one time fee even if we have to come out multiple times for your repair or service.
2. One (1) Hour of Labor - When we arrive at your home our service hour begins so we will test your batteries, assess your repair and begin working on the fix (if applicable and with your approval). If additional labor and/or parts are needed beyond the initial amount, we will inform you before incurring additional charges.
Service Fee: $180

Definitely seems like a pick and choose who gets care type situation around here ... Four months it's been AT LEAST 4 months that my doctor requested a shower chair for me. I've had to call and check several times and each time I am told it's been, "sent out", whatever that means. I'd really like to take a shower that isn't painful and borderline terrifying because I'm prone to falling. Do better and I expect a call today sometime so someone can figure out what happened to me order??

Pamela was very helpful and showed me the item I was looking for along with a checklist with other items my mother might need. My mom is 94 and loves living at home. I’m real happy I stopped in instead of shopping on line. It was so much better to actually see the items and not just hope it is right size

Renting a scooter was great! The lady that helped my granddaughter and I was so kind and truly helpful, both on the phone and in person. Unfortunately returning the scooter was not so nice at all. The man that we dealt with was rude and condescending. We won't go back unless we call first and know that the kind lady is working. I refuse to deal with that rude man, again!

This place is great and Pam was phenomenal! Highly recommend!! We actually ended up here after trying a different store in Loveland that was closer to us and would definitely recommend you drive up to this store in Fort Collins even if it’s not the closest option to you - you won’t regret it. Their showroom has plenty of space and a great selection of models - more space and models than the first store we tried and even had a ramp you could try on your test drive. You can rent a few models here, which was super convenient, affordable and the process was totally painless. Pam was so helpful, treated us with respect and humor (where as the other store we tried first treated us like we were idiots). We ended up buying here after trying a scooter for a week and couldn’t recommend this place more. Thank you so much, Pam, for everything!

Mobility Plus in Fort Collins is amazing! Great customer care! Spent time with us to make sure we got the right product for us. The store is large, with plenty of space to try out the wheelchairs and scooters. Will definitely shop at Mobility Plus for any future needs.
