Quality Mobility Equipment Rentals in Wheat Ridge, CO

We have used Mobility Plus twice when traveling to UC Health Anschutz campus. They making drop off and pick up super easy- everything is done electronically. They are super dependable. Looking forward to using them in the future.

I would give them a minus 10 if I could. I took my mother to Mobility Plus to get a powered wheelchair for my mother. She uses a walker and is on oxygen. I was immediately disappointed when I walked in as there were no chairs anywhere for customers to sit; just the scooters, wheelchairs, devices for sale. I was hoping to sit my mother down while I looked. A sales person approached me. I first was looking at rentals, but given the cost of rentals, he suggested we purchase instead. He said he had new and used. Used were much more reasonable. I told him we were not interested in used. Too many potential problems and I needed something that had a good warranty. Used had no warranty. Despite what I said, he ushered my mom over to the used wheelchairs and had her sit to try it out. I said at least two more times that we were not interested in the used wheelchairs. At that point I guess he decided I was not worth speaking to, so he turned his back on me and started just addressing my (100 yr old) mother. At that point I told my mother we were done, we needed to leave; that this guy was not listening. He was obviously irritated (as was I); again turned his back to me and told my mother (but not me) to have a good day. Deciding to treat his rudeness with kindness, I tapped him on the shoulder and told him to have a good day also. He whipped around and said, "Don't you touch me!" I said "Oh, I was just tapping you to tell you to have a good day." He glared and said, "Just try and touch me again." I felt very threatened, backed up, apologized and got my mother out of there as fast as possible. My mother is 100, I am in my 70's. He was probably a foot taller than me. I have no idea what this guy felt so threatened about other than not getting a sale. He did not have a name tag on and I was afraid of his reaction if I asked his name. I reported the incident to the Exec Dir of my mother's facility when we returned as I hope no other residents go there and experience this.

Our family is so thankful for Mobility Plus and their installer, Pedro. My Dad went from healthy to needing assistance overnight. I contacted Mobility Plus who was able to quickly install a chair lift for us and provide other needed supplies. Pedro came and installed the system. He was extremely polite and so sweet to my mom who asked him the same question numerous times! Thank you for making a tough time a little easier with your support and caring.

We we’re very happy with our rental scooter. We received it clean charged and in good condition. Delivery and pick up were both within the time promised. Good job.

Rented a basic wheelchair to move my daughter from the car to the house after surgery. $35. Everything was done online. When i arrived they had everything ready. I was in and out in just a few minutes. Return was also just as easy.
