My Dad was visiting from the UK and I thought a scooter would help him get around. We pulled up at Mobilty Plus and 10 minutes later we were rolling out in one! It folded down nicely that it fit in the back of our SUV, even with 2 large suitcases. We highly recommend this place for your Mobility needs. Lots of choice and great prices!

My name is Richard Rodriguez I just purchased a scooter from you and I just wanted to let you know that your associates were very helpful. They answered all my questions. They explained to me about he scooter and I just wanted to let you know that prior to purchasing the scooter I was looking for a place to purchase one and I couldn't find find one. But one night I was looking at TV and your commercial came on. And that's how I was able to get your address and everything. So just wanna let you know that maybe you should run a commercial every now and then cuz that's how I found you.

We pretty much knew the mobility chair we were looking for from researching ahead of time. My husband had called to check availability & office manager was very helpful & informative so we made the 2 hr trip. Greeted by service manager who quickly made clear no commissions, no personal gain. Chair is apparently a new model so he'd assembled it but admitted he knew nothing of operating it. The upside to that was the chair is fairly easy to figure out & he did put operating app on my phone for me. We were glad we'd researched it though for more detailed info. We were also able to quickly weed out other choices they had in stock. Office manager looked on computer for answers to some of our questions so it was a group effort. 4 stars because was lead to believe the additional cup holder was unique to fit on new model so we spent over $50 for it, plastic & velcro...I did later find exactly the same holder on Amazon for $21!! So feel like that was an extremely huge mark-up especially when added to cost of the chair. Some bundle prices would be a nice gesture for spending that kind of money. They made effort to make sale without really knowing product details. Don't know when new model actually arrived but never can have too much info about it. Unfortunately feeling taken on price of cup holder affects total satisfaction of purchase. UPDATED great continued customer service. The issue of cupholder price was recognized, dealt with & resolved. Thank you.

Charlene and Krista are great to work with. No pressure, they answered all our questions and were very patient. Our lift recliner is great. It is helping my husband tremendously. Comfortable and high quality. Delivery service was fantastic. I highly recommend Mobility Plus.

The booking process was smooth, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the scooter was in excellent condition—clean, reliable, and easy to use. It made a huge difference in our trip, allowing my mom to enjoy every moment comfortably and confidently. Thank you for going above and beyond to make our experience stress-free. Mobility Plus Tucson is a locally owned veteran small business serving Tucson and the surrounding areas.

Our Story

Gary and Dan Ross are no strangers to mobility challenges. Gary injured his back while on active duty and underwent back surgery in 2010. While the surgery was a success, Gary routinely suffers from low back pain and spasms, which often require the use of a mobility device. Gary’s mother was diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease and Dan’s mother required two knee replacement surgeries. These experiences led to the realization that there was a huge need for local mobility stores across the United States with trained mobility consultants who understand mobility challenges and can offer mobility solutions.

After researching business opportunities for over a year, Gary and Dan decided to open several Mobility Plus franchises in the Tucson area where you can get your scooter or powerchair batteries tested for free, talk to friendly mobility consultants about your unique challenges, rent mobility equipment for short-term solutions, purchase mobility equipment for long-term solutions, and receive quality service and repairs by trained technicians.
