Mobility Plus is here to help you with mobility scooter repair and more! You can bring your scooter, wheelchair, or any other mobility aid to our showroom, or we can come to your home or office. We offer everything from mobility scooter battery replacement to full-service repairs and lift installations.
Bring in your batteries or the whole machine, and we will check them for FREE to ensure they are in perfect working order! You can come to our location during business hours for a free battery check — no appointment is necessary.
When you purchase your batteries through us while in our showroom and service center, we will install your new battery and properly dispose of your old battery. If you’re unable to come to us, we are happy to come to you, though our in-home diagnostic fees will apply.
You're welcome to come visit our showroom and service center for a diagnostic of your medical mobility product. First, we will test your battery for free. Then, if the battery isn't the issue, we will perform a diagnostic using the latest computers, technology, and mechanical know-how.
This fee includes:
1. Twenty (20) minutes of Labor - We will test your batteries, assess your repair, and begin working on the fix (if applicable and with your approval). If additional labor is needed beyond the twenty minutes typical of diagnosing the issue, we will charge our standard labor rate of $95/hr, billed in 15-minute increments, unless you are enrolled in our Freedom Support Plan - then labor on warranty repairs is complimentary!
We will come to your home or office to diagnose the issue. We begin with a battery test to ensure your batteries are fully functional. Once that’s completed, we will perform the same level of service as one of our in-store diagnostics with portable computers and diagnostic tools.
This fee includes:
1. Travel to Your Home or Office.
2. Twenty (20) minutes of Labor - When we arrive at your home or office, our service begins; we will test your batteries, assess your repair, and begin working on the fix (if applicable and with your approval). If additional labor is needed beyond the twenty minutes typical of diagnosing the issue, we will charge our standard labor rate of $95/hr, billed in 15-minute increments, unless you are enrolled in our Freedom Support Plan - then labor on warranty repairs is complimentary!
*Clients who reside in our covered service area and who are enrolled in our Freedom Support Plan receive one complimentary service call per year.
