A wonderful, brief service experience! My collapsible walker (that I acquired elsewhere) had a wheel screw fall out and I needed help replacing it. I was in there for maybe 5 min total and left with a resecured wheel thanks to Brent's help!

I am a first time buyer of a personal mobility device, and Sharice made it easy from day 1. She asked the right questions and was very knowledgeable about the different products to ensure that whichever product I selected, it would meet my needs, and I felt comfortable using it. Inventory was such that I had several choices, and they even ordered another model so that I could compare prior to making my final decision. They also were flexible and worked with me on the financial payment. I am confident they will provide the necessary follow-up service. Had a great experience with this company. Called late on a Saturday a couple of hours before they closed seeking a toilet adjustment to accommodate an unexpected early hospital release of a mobility compromised family member. Brent was extremely helpful, professional and delightful walking me through getting the right accommodation. He even put the device together for me and kept me smiling and laughing with his great personality. I highly recommend this company and ask for Brent!

Mobility Plus Tucson is a locally owned veteran small business serving Tucson and the surrounding areas.

Our Story

Gary and Dan Ross are no strangers to mobility challenges. Gary injured his back while on active duty and underwent back surgery in 2010. While the surgery was a success, Gary routinely suffers from low back pain and spasms, which often require the use of a mobility device. Gary’s mother was diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease and Dan’s mother required two knee replacement surgeries. These experiences led to the realization that there was a huge need for local mobility stores across the United States with trained mobility consultants who understand mobility challenges and can offer mobility solutions.

After researching business opportunities for over a year, Gary and Dan decided to open several Mobility Plus franchises in the Tucson area where you can get your scooter or powerchair batteries tested for free, talk to friendly mobility consultants about your unique challenges, rent mobility equipment for short-term solutions, purchase mobility equipment for long-term solutions, and receive quality service and repairs by trained technicians.
