Lifesaver! Amazing Customer Service! Performed above and beyond expectations! I was in an urgent search for a wheelchair to rent. My family and I were in town and the Mall of Georgia was on our list for sites to see. I reviewed the website to see if they offered wheelchair services and the review that stated they did was 3 years old. I continued my search and found that on 2025 they no longer offer the service. So I did a google search and found Mobility Plus Buford which was conveniently located near the mall. It was about 10pm and I had questions. I saw an option to “text” the business and I figured I’d leave my questions and they’d text me the next morning. I was pleasantly surprised when David, the owner, responded right away. He assured me that they had a wheelchair available and once I arrived he’d take care of everything right away. From the beginning transaction till the rental return, it went smoothly and much better than expected. He gave us a quick tutorial on how to setup and fold up the wheelchair and even gave us safety instructions on transporting my mother safely. I will 100% recommend this business. Very professional and friendly and hassle free.

David was very kind and knowledgeable in helping me choose a lift chair for my dad. When I called with questions, he immediately texted back with pictures/descriptions of chairs and a map link to get to the store. In the store he did a great job explaining all the different kinds of chairs. When Brandon delivered the chair (on the same day that I called and visited the store), he helped me move other furniture out of the way and did a great job setting up and demonstrating the lift chair. Both employees made this purchase an easy one for me even though I needed the chair the same day. Thanks for a great experience!

We utilized Mobility Plus Buford for when we had relatives visit. They were prompt and did a great job of keeping me updated on delivery and pickup times. The equipment was super clean and worked great. Delivery staff were knowledgeable and polite. Will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

We purchased an electric wheelchair for my husband. David and Brandon at the Mobility Plus store in Buford were great to deal with. Brandon gave us so much time and was courteous and knowledgeable. I picked this place from the reviews and so glad I did. David was so helpful and explained everything to me as I’d not had a scooter before. He asked questions about what my uses would be so he could show me what best suited my needs. I rode a few around the showroom until I found the one most comfortable for me. They also had quite a selection in stock so I had many to choose from. I would 100% use them again and an A+ on customer service! Thanks again for all the help!
