Mr. Kim was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. He helped my mother-in-law last year when we purchased a walker, so we came back to rent an electric scooter because we knew we would receive excellent service. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything and showed me several times how to break the scooter down and put it back together until I felt completely confident. Thanks to his excellent instructions, I had no problems using the scooter at all. I truly appreciate his professionalism and outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this store and will definitely return for any future mobility needs!

David and Brandon were amazing!!! They were so helpful and went above and beyond! Truly words can’t describe how wonderful and easy it was to work with them. Professional service at every level. We were in need of a hospital bed rental for my aged father after hip surgery. The interaction from the start was excellent. The set up and breakdown were seamless. Would definitely use them again!

Jose was so patient with us trying out all the chairs. He was very informative with each model and helped us pick out the best one for my father. And the delivery service was exceptional. Brandon set up the new chair for us and went over all the features. He even helped us move the old one out.

This is the first time my family has needed to buy a mobility scooter. David and Jose were very helpful and patient in helping us choose the right scooter for us.
