He helped my mother-in-law last year when we purchased a walker, so we came back to rent an electric scooter because we knew we would receive excellent service. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything and showed me several times how to break the scooter down and put it back together until I felt completely confident. Jose was so patient with us trying out all the chairs. He was very informative with each model and helped us pick out the best one for my father. And the delivery service was exceptional. Brandon set up the new chair for us and went over all the features. He even helped us move the old one out.

I needed to buy a wheelchair because of a broken foot. I did not want to buy a wheelchair without first sitting and trying several out. We drove 116 miles (round trip) to Mobility Plus Buford. The first time, Jose helped us. He found a size 16" seat wheelchair at the store which are hard to find and fit through narrow doors. He was patient with us, answering all our questions, and had me try several chairs. I wanted to think about it; should have bought it then because we made the drive two days later to buy it! David helped us that day. We told him we knew which chair we wanted. He also was patient, answering more questions. He made modifications to the wheelchair so it would be exactly what we wanted. Both Jose and David were very pleasant and accommodating. I am so grateful to have met them. Please buy from them; you will be a happy, satisfied customer (like us)!
