Battery Check
Bring in your batteries or the whole equipment, and we will check them for FREE to ensure they are in perfect working order! You can come to our location during business hours for a free battery check — no appointment is necessary.
Service Fee: FREE In-Store
Battery Installation
When you purchase your batteries through us while in our showroom, we will install your new battery and properly dispose of your old battery. If you’re unable to come to us, we are happy to come to you, though our in-home diagnostic fees will apply.

In-store Diagnostic
Bring a scooter, power wheelchair, rollator, or other mobility product to us and we can help service it. Rates vary based on service needed.
- $49.00for initial assessment (if we move forward with service, this rate is deducted from the service charge)
Certain repairs may require more than a few days, but we strive to finish the service as quickly and completely as we can. We will also service equipment purchased elsewhere, provided we can source the parts.
Service Fee: Varies
In-home Diagnostic
Just like our in-store diagnostic, we offer the same service available in your own home. Standard rates per hour, with additional rates for travel distance. Additional repair fees assessed after diagnostic for cost of parts and labor required.
Service Fee: $85 (First 20 Miles and including 30 minutes diagnostic)
Evaluation & Installation

Traci is the best! Everytime I go in she takes good care of me. I recently had knee surgery and wanted to find a way to get around in order to celebrate my husbands birthday. I have a friend who had lost a leg due to vascular disease , and was having trouble navigating with a regular wheel chair. I did a little research on line and decided to go see The good folks at Mobility Plus in Lawernceville.. They were very helpful helping me to decide what chair would be right for my friend. They were very informative and let me try every chair they had. I finally decided to buy the Jazzy light weight. My friend fell in love with it, and the good folks at Mobility plus was there when we needed a little guidance with the operation of this light weight easy to fold and unfold, plus the operation is flawless.
