We purchased two scooters. We had a pleasant experience with Mobility Plus, particularly with Tracie, the sales associate. She was friendly, thorough, and very, very patient with us. They gave us a 10% discount, however, after the discount, we ended up paying about what we would've paid elsewhere. Maybe a little less. The owner/manager was very knowledgeable and helpful as well. Tracy is an angel and has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Another medical equipment company dropped the ball and failed to deliver a piece of equipment I desperately needed for my dad. I called Mobility Plus an hour before they closed and Tracy had everything set for delivery the following day. Their driver arrived on time, was professional, and explained everything. The equipment is in excellent condition and looks brand new. The rental contract and payment were easy to complete as was extending the rental. I would highly recommend doing business with them.
