In-home Diagnostic
We will troubleshoot in the comfort of your home with portable computers and diagnostic tools. When we are able to pinpoint the issue, we will give you a quote for any needed parts and labor. I bought an electric wheelchair from them in May with their full and complete knowledge that I would need it to be covered by Medicare. They sold me a Golden Technologies Cricket wheelchair, which is NOT covered. They charged me $3951.12. I could have purchased it from Golden thru Amazon for $2815.00 (which as a franchisee, it's what they should have charged me). This is a difference of $1136.12 that I was overcharged. I filed for reimbursement from Medicare and was of course denied. Do NOT buy from this store, as you will likely be scammed.

My husband was recently diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and we have to travel from NC to City of Hope in Newnan GA. This past week while in GA we let down the handicap ramp on the van and could not get it back up. It was after hours and no one was open and we were stranded. I was able to reach Scott at Mobility Plus which was a life saver. Scott was not able to work on our lift but he connected us with Wheelcare mobility where Mike and Darek drove over an hour to come and help us. I just want to thank all of these men for going out of their way to help us. Scott Taylor even called us back to make sure we were ok and that Mike could help us. I highly recommend Mobility Plus Newnan Ga.

The lady there worked with us to get a wheelchair that was durable and allowed my husband independence while we were away at an event in Alabama. We will be renting again for our honeymoon most likely because it made such a difference for us!

I am not pleased with this business at all today because I tried to reserve a scooter over a month ago for a motorized scooter for this weekend and was told I didn't need one and I call this morning about one and was told they were all out. So I have tooho out of my way to Atlanta because you wouldnt reserve one for me and I was considering on buying one and I was learning towards purchasing it from you but I think I going to rethink my choice
