Yesterday, I brought in my Travel Scoot scooter to have the drive belt replaced. I was very impressed with how quickly the service was completed—within an hour, the repair was done, and my scooter is running better than ever. The team was not only efficient but also extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They took the time to ensure everything was in proper working order, which gave me peace of mind.
It’s rare to find such a combination of professionalism, expertise, and genuine customer care, but this shop truly delivers. I left feeling confident in their workmanship and very satisfied with the overall experience. I will definitely be returning for any future maintenance needs, and I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of reliable scooter repairs.
Only after 14 months, the actuator, in my Rooms to Go recliner, quit working. Rooms to Go gave me a customer service number to possibly get a replacement actuator. I was told that the part was not on their list, so they could not help me. I spent lots of time searching online, no luck. I thought that I was now stuck with a non-working recliner just over 1-year old. I then called Mobility Plus on Garlington Road, Greenville, SC. Immediately I felt in good hands with Andrew Trapp, Consultant/Manager. Very knowledgeable and professional and a pleasure to work with, as we searched for for a replacement. Andrew did not give up on me, and did not try to sell me a new recliner. He asked me to send him photos of my actuator, and that he would speak to his highly qualified tech, and would be sure to quickly get back to me. That he did, and from the photos I sent, his tech found a company that he felt had the actuator needed. Knowing that I wanted to try to do the work myself, both Andrew and the tech, went above what they had to do. The correct actuator is being sent out to me this same day, and had been verified to be the correct one. Wow!! I am so very thankful to both of them, and Mobility Plus! Good people that have a heart to help without blowing me off, or trying to make a sale. I highly recommend Mobility Plus, and will be stopping by their business soon. Tom and Valerie did an amazing job helping us select the best option for my mother. They have a show room with samples on hand to try out and we were able to take our motorized chair home that day!
If you will go to their mobility Plus you will be impressed they are very nice and friendly and down home gentlemen and they do good work they put a lift on our care and we are very satisfied with it it dose not shake they have very nice scooter's Recliners and have everything you may need i would recommend them any day to family & friend's
I definitely recommend giving this place a chance! The staff is all lovely, they make sure you have all that you need and educate you on how to use its features. I have purchased both my celestial cane and stand up rollator from this location and I'm loving them both! The cane has good support, my hand doesn't hurt from the pressure against the soft handle, and I can put a little keychain on it. The walker is a dream, it supports my forearms while I'm walking and helps keep my back straight. It's pretty easy to fold up after a few times, since it hadn't been closed before it gave me some trouble at first but it now closes with ease. Love the color too!! Thank you to everyone there that helped me out, they made me feel heard and seen.
