Thank u Jesus for this person who owns this place and gave me freedom to move around on our farm and vacation. The prices blew me away for rentals. The customer service so kind. The ability to travel with this easier than I thought. The ability for this wheelchair to get around was great! I was getting depressed at the idea of having to sit around any longer I just wanted to be outside walking at the pace of everyone else without help and this gave me that freedom. In all my humbleness in this situation thank u! Thank u for the freedom to move I so desperately needed for my own sanity in waiting to heal.

Mobility Plus was awesome to work with! I live out of state and my husband was going to be traveling in the area and required a mobility scooter due to a recent injury. I was able to work with Justin over the phone to get the scooter lined up and the delivery and pickups scheduled. The scooter was virtually brand new and met our needs perfectly. My husband and I purchased a lift chair from a local business where we live in Hagerstown, MD, in 2022. About a year ago, we began to have an issue with our chair where it would stop reclining and/or not return to the original position. This was very sporadic when it would happened. We contacted the business we purchased the chair from, and we were told different things to try (they did not offer service). My husband purchased a new remote, and the chair seemed to work again. A few weeks ago, the chair started to return to stopping and starting reclining very sporadically. Very frustrated, we found Mobility Plus online in a Google search. We contacted Justin and setup an in-home appointment with him. Justin was able to fix our chair, AND the parts were fully covered under the chair's warranty (Justin checked into warranty coverage for us). Thank you Justin! I purchased a lightweight mobility scooter from Justin in Inwood, WV. He was very knowledgeable and took his time to show me how to take it apart and put it together so I could easily get it in and out of my vehicle by myself!!
