Mobility Plus Johnson City did an EXCELLENT job in all aspects of my contact. I called them to ask if they did there own installation of Chair Lifts for indoor home stairs , and the lady said yes. She immediately offered more assistance. I told her that I would get back to her. She was understanding and she did not hound me with more calls. After researching Mobility Plus and the products that they offer I called on a Thursday afternoon. Travis the owner explained in great detail the Stair Lifts offered. I decided on Harmar Stair Lift. Harmar has some great reviews from reliable sources. In addition to being a superior product the lift comes with a Lifetime Warranty on the Harmon SL 600. I had a few questions which Travis answered. I asked what would be the next step after deciding on Harmer. Travis was considerate and asked when I would like the Chair Lift, I said anytime. Travis had an opening Friday the next day at noon. I agreed. Travis and his assistant was at my home at noon. They came in and inspected the stairs and said installation would require no additional work, that they could install the Chair Lift starting now and he said it would take a couple of hours. These two men worked in harmony together, very professional. They left the boxes outside and bought in the components as they needed them. It was less than two hours my Harman Chair Lift was installed and they then began to show me exactly how to operate the Lift. It appeared to look good and going up and down a few trips I found it to be easy to operate and offers a very smooth and quiet ride. I really an so happy with The Harman SL600 and the outstanding professional work provided by Travis of Mobility Plus. Great decision on my part. Several hours went into my research on the variety of Chair Lifts and the overwhelming companies that offer them. Most were outside of Tennessee and I wanted a local company that had the product, could install the product and that would be available for the annual maintenance. That would only lead me to the highly reputable firm Mobility Plus of Johnson City Tennessee.

The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this store and when I am ready to purchase a new scooter, I will definitely use Mobility Plus.

Called and talked with Brian about a stairlift. He asked questions about my stairs and what I needed. We settled on the one I wanted and served my needs and ordered it for me. He was very kind and knowledgeable. Travis and Brian came to my house and did a great job of installing it. Travis and Holly came back to make sure our hand rails were safe for my wife. These are great people to deal with!!@
