I cannot say enough great things about the Mobility Plus location in Lawrenceville, Ga. Our family had an unexpected 10 week need for a bariatric wheelchair and they took great care of us. Tracy patiently explained all the options available to us and delivered our choice within just a few hours. The gentleman that handled the delivery brought it in the house and thoroughly went over all the things we needed to know to operate it successfully. I highly recommend them and will definitely contact them again for any future needs.

I seriously received the best customer service I have ever experienced (and I’m 62). They went so far above and beyond to accommodate my needs for a scooter rental. Friendly, kind, compassionate and overwhelmingly helpful in the entire transaction. The scooter was awesome. It was in beautiful condition and worked perfectly. They have my business for every mobility need I have in the future.

We got to know about mobility plus Lawrenceville when looking for an hospital bed rental for our mother. Medicare and the hospital were taking forever to approve one and she was being discharge home. First they delivered the bed promptly. White glove delivery was amazing.tthey were very considerate/ flexible about the terms and duration of usage. They were very efficient and reachable. Pick up and delivery was very neat and on time. Every time we called Someone(Tracy) was there to help and make sure everything is going on well. Their representative Tracy was very good at following up to ensure we had all we needed and my mom was comfortable. Thank you team for doing an amazing job. We appreciate you!

My power scooter was delivered to my door. Their white glove service is wonderful! The representative was knowledgeable regarding the product and very kind. He made sure that I was comfortable sitting in the mobile scooter, in addition, to having the understanding of operating the scooter.
