I had an incredible experience at Mobility Plus and cannot recommend them highly enough. I stopped in yesterday with a mobility scooter for a friend that was having some issues. Even though the scooter wasn't originally purchased at this location, Zach and Jazz didn’t hesitate to help. They were professional, kind, and managed to get the scooter back up and running perfectly in no time. The impact of their help is hard to put into words. My friend—a 96-year-old Korean War POW—was absolutely ecstatic to have his mobility back. The moment I returned the scooter to him, he immediately went out for a ride! To top it all off, the team would not allow me to pay for the service. It is rare to find a business that shows this level of character and genuine care for the community. Thank you, Zach and Jazz, for your kindness and for going above and beyond for a veteran. You have an awesome team!

fantastic store! greatest selections of wheelchairs, scooters & lift chairs I’ve seen in SW lower Michigan. Extremely knowledgeable salespeople made choices easier! Kind patience in answering questions. Outstanding service in setup & Delivery. Overall excellent experience- highly recommend!!

We went in today to get prices and look for a mobility scooter for my husband. We needed something that I can load and unload in/out of our SUV. The staff were friendly and very informative. We decided on one that worked for easy transport and price. We set up delivery for Thursday. We were 2 miles away and received a call that they could deliver it this afternoon. They arrived 10 minutes after we got home. He showed me then watched me place the ramp in our doorway. He stayed while my husband did a test run. We highly recommended this store for your needsZ

My wife and I just had a Highlander II VPL (vertical platform lift) installed by Mobility Plus of Grand Rapids. Ali, Waseem, and Lawrence did a super job on the installation! The lift works perfect for my wife Kitty. She has more freedom now moving in and out of the house into the garage area which before the lift was a difficult 3 step process. This lift takes up very little space which a ramp would have taken much more space in the garage or along the front of the house. She doesn’t need to go outside at all to get into a car. A special thanks to Ali for walking us through the entire process from technical, pricing, and installation. He was there for the entire process beginning to end. The crew at Mobility Plus was very helpful and caring about the job they were doing. Thanks! Kevin and Kitty
