What a delightful team of people here at Mobility Plus! I flew into Michigan and forgot my scooter charger at home. As it is a specialized charger, it wasn’t something I could just get anywhere and they usually aren’t stocked separately from the scooter that is sold with it. I called and spoke to Rod this morning, fingers crossed they had this model and if I could come by to use/rent the charger for an hour until mine arrived from home the following day. I was thrilled when he said he had one and would be happy to allow me to come by to get charged up. While I was here, they also took care to tighten up my handlebars for me which had loosened up during my travels. Here’s the crazy part y’all … they wouldn’t take any payment for this! This is just a great team who truly cares about people, and the community they help keep moving along. I so grateful they are now part of my day and my journey to Michigan, as they truly have helped me to stay mobile! Thank you to the team here at Mobility Plus in Plymouth for being such a kind, supportive group! They also have a very wide range of scooters, power chairs, and recliners in their showroom. If I hadn’t just bought mine earlier this year from Mobility Plus in Georgia, I am sure would be trying these out to get a new one while I waited! 💕 🛵

This place is fantastic. The owners are wonderful to work with. I had a nonfunctional scooter that they were able to fix when no one else would touch it. I’m for sure, buying my future mobility equipment from them. I highly recommend this place.

Rod, the owner, is amazing. I'm a new wheelchair sometimes-user and felt overwhelmed by prices and options. I ended up getting a couple second-hand chairs and brought them in for Rod to look at and repair. He's gone above and beyond to get them in working order, cleaned them, and set me up with ramps at serious discounts. I feel understood and taken care of, which is not an experience I've had much of in the medical equipment field. I would recommend Mobility Plus of Plymouth to anyone looking for premium service. Mr. Emmons made purchasing my new scooter a breeze. He was very informative and polite. When it came time for it to be delivered. He brought it into my garage explaining for the second time how to operate and store my new scooter. So that's why I'm giving Rod at Mobility Plus a five star review.
