We know the challenges of two-story homes when Mom or Dad move in. As in this case, the client still needed walking access to the stairs and did not want a trip hazard at the bottom landing. Adding a folding rail to this unit eliminated the walking hazard and at just over 11" from the wall, the clients have adequate access to navigate the staircase.
