Battery Check
Bring in your batteries, or the whole machine, and we will check your batteries for FREE to make sure they are in perfect working order! No appointment necessary!

Battery Installation
We will install your new battery(s) and properly dispose of your old battery(s) if you purchase your batteries through us and come to our showroom and service center. If you’re unable to come to us we are happy to come to you (in-home fees apply).

In-store Diagnostic
Visit our showroom and service center for a complete diagnostic of your machine. We begin by testing your battery(s). If the battery(s) is not the issue, we perform a diagnostic using the latest computers, technology, and mechanical know-how.
This fee includes:
One (1) Hour of Labor - We will test your batteries, assess your repair and begin working on the fix (if applicable and with your approval). If additional labor and/or parts are needed beyond the initial amount, we will inform you before incurring additional charges.
Service Fee: $79.95
In-home Diagnostic
We will visit your home to diagnose the issue and perform the service. We will troubleshoot in the comfort of your home with portable diagnostic tools to determine cause of issue.
Service Fee:
- $145 (<15 miles)
- $185 (15 - 25 miles)
- $185 + $3/mile (>25 miles)
This fee includes:

I have been to this store 3 or 4 times now and have rented a wheelchair/transport chair a few times for a visiting family member. I have also purchased a few items and finally bought a very nice transport chair for my Mother-in-Law. The owners, Craig and Melissa, go out of their way to give great customer service. They are friendly, knowledgeable, patient and have a great variety of mobility items at different price points. Their rental rates are very reasonable as well. Great store!

This Anne Lorusso posting this review. My husband broke the bracket that holds the joystick in place on his electric wheelchair. I went to the store today and spoke with the owner, who by the way was wonderful, and asked me to leave the bracket and come back later. The bracket was secured with epoxy and looks like it will be fine. I can't recommend this place enough. Helpful, caring, and determined to help the best way they could. I can see why this place has five star reviews. If the need arises again this will be my go to place.

The owner is incredibly helpful. My dad’s scooter is broken, and I brought it in to find out how much it would cost to repair. He let me know that he normally doesn’t work on this brand, but he was willing to try to fix it anyway. He even called the company and found out the part we need is on backorder, and told me he’d call as soon as it becomes available. I truly appreciate that he went the extra mile to help us.

The owners at Mobility Plus were amazing and extremely helpful. I needed to rental a scooter to attend the Eucharistic Congress in Charlotte after a knee surgery. Walking for hours on crutches was not going to be a viable option. The owners helped me rent the right size for my needs, showed my husband and I how to break it down easily to transport it, and return it. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
