    Battery Check

    Bring in your batteries, or the whole machine, and we will check your batteries for FREE to make sure they are in perfect working order! No appointment necessary!

  • Battery Installation

    Battery Installation

    We will install your new battery(s) and properly dispose of your old battery(s) if you purchase your batteries through us and come to our showroom and service center. If you’re unable to come to us we are happy to come to you (in-home fees apply).

  • In-store Diagnostic

    In-store Diagnostic

    Visit our showroom and service center for a complete diagnostic of your machine. We begin by testing your battery(s). If the battery(s) is not the issue, we perform a diagnostic using the latest computers, technology, and mechanical know-how.


    This fee includes:

    One (1) Hour of Labor - We will test your batteries, assess your repair and begin working on the fix (if applicable and with your approval). If additional labor and/or parts are needed beyond the initial amount, we will inform you before incurring additional charges.

    Service Fee: $79.95
  • In-home Diagnostic

    In-home Diagnostic

    We will visit your home to diagnose the issue and perform the service. We will troubleshoot in the comfort of your home with portable diagnostic tools to determine cause of issue.


    Service Fee:

    • $145 (<15 miles)
    • $185 (15 - 25 miles)
    • $185 + $3/mile (>25 miles)

    This fee includes:

    One (1) Hour of Labor - When we arrive at your home our service hour begins. We will test your batteries, assess your repair and begin working on the repair (if applicable and with your approval). If additional service and/or parts are needed beyond the initial amount, we will inform you before incurring additional charges.

    The owner is incredibly helpful. My dad’s scooter is broken, and I brought it in to find out how much it would cost to repair. He let me know that he normally doesn’t work on this brand, but he was willing to try to fix it anyway. He even called the company and found out the part we need is on backorder, and told me he’d call as soon as it becomes available. I truly appreciate that he went the extra mile to help us.

    Craig has repaired our scooter twice AND rescued us when we were out of state trying to get a rental to work that we rented somewhere else! A phone call to Craig got us up and running! He’s such an amazing resource because he is able to do his own technical work and installations! If you need a scooter, ramps or anything at all to make disability and mobility a little easier, we wouldn’t go anywhere else! After needing repairs, I would never buy online and be stuck when something goes wrong!

    The owners at Mobility Plus were amazing and extremely helpful. I needed to rental a scooter to attend the Eucharistic Congress in Charlotte after a knee surgery. Walking for hours on crutches was not going to be a viable option. The owners helped me rent the right size for my needs, showed my husband and I how to break it down easily to transport it, and return it. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

    We just returned from a wonderful week in Lake Norman. The folks at Mobility Plus dropped off a mobility scooter at our hotel, and picked it up at the end of the week. The price was reasonable and the service was fantastic. I will definitely contact them again the next time we are in the area.
